Waitress was wonderful. The chicken tenders were far from being tender. So tough, I had difficulty biting off pieces and also hard to cut with fork and knife.
Food was not prepared as requested and arrived cold. This seems to be the standard for this store. I suggest when in the vicinity of this store you go elsewhere.

The wait time was incredibly too long - we were told 35 minutes but then had to wait nearly an hour- they refused to put tables together to accommodate FIVE people! Many larger parties arrived after us and were sat before us - we kept asking the girl outside why the wait and all she said was “we have to wait for a larger table to open up” and the people sitting at them are not leaving … never offered us any alternative ideas for sitting us- we will not go back to this location again … poor customer service Cracker Barrel … very disappointing

Ordered the steak medium-rare. Was delivered well done and tough. The gravy on the country fried steak was not as good as usual. On a positive note, the service was impeccable and the delivery of the food was fast.

I was looking forward to coming in for breakfast as I heard the food was good. We visited on a Saturday morning, it was busy, but we didn't have to wait long. Our waiter Jonathan was very attentive. The menu had many choices for people without allergies, however offered very limited options for those with celiac disease (cannot have gluten: barley, rye, oats, wheat.) I was given a booklet of spreadsheets that showed just about everything had gluten. I was looking forward to hash browns, nope... Those had wheat in them too. Why do potatoes need wheat on them? You would think they could offer at the very least a gluten free muffin or toast as an option?! Very, very disappointing. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and a very small fruit bowl. I left still hungry. I do not recommend for those with celiacs. Life can be very difficult living with celiac disease and restaurants like the Cracker Barrel really don't care to offer a bare minimum of food options... Go elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: Very limited options for gluten free options.

Nice decor with accessories shop, but the Louisiana shrimp skillet was extremely salty... and some of the shrimp weren't fully cooked.

Food is meh. Most of the time it comes out cold. Don’t know why I keep coming here and keep giving it a second chance. At least they have beer now.

Noisy. Waitress didn't bring us the corn bread we received biscuits instead. Waitress didn't check in as often as others did.
