Food and service were great however I took my grandson to the little store and the person cleaning tables cleaned all our drinks etc... then after we received our food we went to the restroom only to find the same person cleaning tables placing some of our food in the bus tub, when I advised him we were not finished he took the food from the bus tub and placed back on the table. Luckily, we had a good server who made everything right.

Good service, food quality has gone downhill. Never again. There are too many good restaurants that have management that wants to excel. Chicken breasts- thumbs down. Catfish-good. Sides-disappointing. Everything presents and tastes like a cheap TV dinner.

Tasty Food, Generous Portions. Good Service, Very Loud customers and echoes via the hard surfaces. Suggest Cracker Barrel put up some soft items to lower noise levels.

I went to Cracker Barrel last night for my sisterās 50th birthday and had a wonderful experience! Our waiter, Michael, was so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He had such a big smile the whole time, it made us all smile too! The food was great, but Michael really made the night special. Thank you for such warm, thoughtful service!

This is difficult to write. My friend unfortunately had a stroke during breakfast this morning. The staff was amazing. 911 was called and my friend was transported to the hospital. The manager stood right with us until the paramedics left with her. Their kindness and concern took my breath away. The other diners as well were kind and considerate. While not a fun morning, the care given to us was outstanding. I will be a customer for life! Thank you Higley Cracker Barrel!!!!!!!!!

Is saddens me to have to write a review for this restaurant I had ordered the campfire beef dish, and upon opening the Silver paper it came in it was loaded with juice. Hardly no meat, no carrots I was really disappointed in what is being advertised versus what is being given to The customer My server saw the disappointment and I asked for a manager. The first manager came by name Ashley she had explain everything comes prepackaged for the meat and thatās what they put on the plate and said there was nothing that she can do about it. It is what it is. My server had then came back. I asked if they were able to take care of us I explain no I was very dissatisfied with the answer Ashley had given. She went, then to proceed to get me a different manager, which her name was Amanda . She introduced herself as a senior manager for the establishment. I had asked her if this looks acceptable to give to your customer, showing her the ingredients inside with only three carrots, one tomato and a few things of beef, along with two potatoes in two corns she started to get very defensive and said I am the one that made your order, and I think it made the way it should be made. I explained to her there was hardly no carrots or tomatoes in a whole bunch of juice. I tried to ask if she could bring out a side of carrots and tomatoes, and Iāll mix it in and she began to explain. No itās made how itās supposed to be made and thereās nothing I can do I was very upset of her demeanor, and how she was treating A paying customer asking if there was anything she could do to make it right she tried changing the subject asking if our waiter has been around to fill up any drinks. I proceeded to tell her that our waiter was doing a phenomenal job and that wasnāt the problem in question she began to say there is nothing she can do. I did ask if thereās a discount she could add since I did not feel this was worth $16.99 and she proceeded to say From a business perspective, it would not be feasible for me to do that as I made everything correctly I am very upset with how I was treated at this establishment. I was really happy to be enjoying a family dinner as I thought it was going to be but turned into a fiasco. This is a very toxic attitude management can have towards their customers.
