We went for breakfast. I think the cook had the burners on HI. We got scrambled eggs they were burnt and the bacon and sausage very burnt. We didn’t ask for new because we already waiting a little longer than expected. So bottom line it was just ok

My hubs & I were at the Higley/US 60 location on 11/6/25. His fried chicken was dry and overcooked & his potatoes were not warm at all. I had the Thursday turkey dinner and my food was tepid at best.

Always love a Cracker Barrel. This location is only about 6yrs old. It was interesting to see a slightly new Cracker Barrel. A few things were slightly different, but the original Cracker Barrel charm was still there. The staff was EXTREMELY NICE!

We came to have a late lunch. Ordered the blueberry pancakes. I was disappointed because hard to cut and hard to eat. Really need to improve on the batter

I found my meatloaf, plus Mac n cheese, & potato casserole served at 3pm to be cold...leftovers from an earlier cooking but my son did have hot chicken.
The biscuits and corn muffins were hard hockey pucks. Even when replacements were offered.
I was told that soups are not made in house but fresh meat is added.
My server was exceptional but we will not be returning for anything more. The restaurant was full, so others must enjoy the home cooking there. I might as well buy Stouffers.

Very, good I love the old fashion atmosphere and food. Thank you for putting back the tall ash trays. How can one dispose cigs? As long as they do not impose or get in the way of non- smokers. You do have many customers that smokers.

Food and service were great however I took my grandson to the little store and the person cleaning tables cleaned all our drinks etc... then after we received our food we went to the restroom only to find the same person cleaning tables placing some of our food in the bus tub, when I advised him we were not finished he took the food from the bus tub and placed back on the table. Luckily, we had a good server who made everything right.

Good service, food quality has gone downhill. Never again. There are too many good restaurants that have management that wants to excel. Chicken breasts- thumbs down. Catfish-good. Sides-disappointing. Everything presents and tastes like a cheap TV dinner.
