The last day of April 2024 wanted to enjoy my dinner by taking my daughter and her family out to dinner using the children x 2 deal. I ordered meatloaf witg carrots and broccoli. My meatloaf was warm on the bottom portion and was cold to the touch towards the top and even colder to the touch on the very top. Sides were cold too. Roast beef was tough too chew. We did get a hot plate on the meatloaf.

Our server wasn't attentive to us. Forgot to get us utensils, once we asked for it she forgot about us again. Manager got us utensils but that was it. Our food was cold by the time we tried to eat our food. The manager never came back for a follow up. Not a good experience.Also the food I wanted was going to take longer.

So the coffee did taste a little burnt and there was some miscommunication as to order modifications. Those were minor, so hear me out.Desiree is an amazing server. She was attentive and punctual with everything. Our friend, a new mother, even had a baby and she ensured his experience was comfortable. Also, Chelsea assisted me promptly when I forgot to take my biscuits to go and overall it was a great experience! Definitely coming back here for breakfast. Thank you everyone!

The good thing about this visit was the server she was very nice and attentive. The food is not what it used to be. I had the chicken fried steak and it was bland, soggy and just nasty. Their signature hash browns were salty and hard to chew. This place was a great restaurant for breakfast but it has gone down hill.

Ordered soup and a sandwich. Asked if we could get our soup right away and give our sandwich a few extra minutes so we could enjoy our soup. Food came out after 4 spoon fills of soup... So either soup got cold or our meal. Very disappointed in the service we received, will be awhile before heading back as there are many other restaurants worth trying.... Oh well live and learn... felt like we were being rushed thru our meal...
Possibly the best resturant of all time but idk maybe its just this location? love it!

The server brought out fish instead of chicken. I asked for a cup of hot water and she brought out two different tea bags, so then I had to ask her if I was being charged for tea and she said oh you didn't want tea? Other than that she did a good job.Dietary restrictions: I really didn't order anything I couldn't eat, but one of the tea bags she brought was decaf. I'm not suppose to have caffeine, so if I were to order tea I now know they have decaf.
