Over priced. Go anywhere else but here for a smoothie. $13 for a small?

The concept is cool. Watching ice cream get frozen with liquid nitrogen feels like a science experiment, and they have a wide variety of options. Premium bases, dairy free coconut, sorbets, and tons of toppings. On paper it looks like the ultimate ice cream shop.
But here is where it fell flat for me. The ice cream itself was meh. Thick, yes. Cold, yes. But the flavor was weak and there was something slightly off about the taste. For a place that markets itself as a premium experience, I expected the flavor to blow me away. It didn’t.
Then comes the pricing and scoop policy, and this is where it lost another star. I wanted something simple, a scoop of plain chocolate and a scoop of plain mint. Instead, I was told I needed to buy two regulars at eight bucks each rather than being allowed to combine them into a large for eleven. That feels less like a policy and more like squeezing a few extra dollars out of people who just want a little variety. When your ice cream is already overpriced, that kind of upsell feels like paying half your rent to the ice cream store.
The staff was nice and the concept is fun to try once, but I will not be back. There are better ice cream shops with stronger flavor, better value, and the flexibility to let customers actually order what they want without charging them an arm and leg.
I really love this ice cream. Make it fresh with nitrogen makes it so creamy and smooth. Plus it's just a cool show to watch as well. But the biggest thing is that they make it with a wide variety of milks and flavors and things so that even if you have any kind of allergies you can find something to get here
Creamistry in Gilbert offers a cool experience where you can watch them make ice cream from scratch using liquid nitrogen it’s fun to see! However, the ice cream itself wasn’t as impressive. It was way too sweet for my taste, and not something I’d recommend if you’re looking for really good, flavorful ice cream. It’s more of a place to visit for the unique experience rather than the taste. 🍦🔬
I love the different options the have to create the ice cream especially since I'm lactose intolerant. I can enjoy ice creM again without the side effects of stomach issues.
Darrell was the best! My kid was so excited to come here and get ice cream, and it was delicious.
