it was so good! The place is very clean and really nice workers

It’s pointless to place a curbside order here because they don’t enforce curbside parking, and the shopping center never has any parking.

This is the second time I have received a gift card for crumbl, and I go to use it, and they tell me there are no funds on the card. I will not be going back

Cookie quality has gone way downhill in the last few years for crumbl overall. They use about half the frosting they did in the past. Cheap on ingredients while also raising the price. Not worth it anymore.

Out of chocolate chip at 3:00 pm so I ordered a 4 pack without which cost $21 and didn’t get a receipt either.

I don't see what the hype is about. $10 for 3 cookies bigger than the size of a bottle cap? Tasted like stale freezers as well. Not worth it.

I ordered one cookie for pick up. It said it would be ready at 6:30. Got to the store around 6:30, parked in the curbside spot, and clicked “I’m here” online. I waited over 15 minutes to get my cookie. It was taking so long I ended up having to call the store for them to bring it out. The girl on the phone asked for my name and if i was parked in their curbside spot.. no apology for any inconvenience. I got the cookie at 6:50… 20 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. By the time I got my cookie it was cold and underwhelming.

I came here about a month ago for a cookie and got charged for three. They just gave me a card for a free cookie but I would’ve rather wanted a refund instead because almost $19 for one cookie is expensive :/

They even have the pink sugar cookies at this location!!

He did not knock or ring the door bell. Just set the cookies on the ground to get infested with ants. This is the second time this has happened to me.

It was quick and customer friendly. I work at medical office and usually only have them there. Or my teenager who just left for college would buy me some. I went to purchase some for the first time and didn’t know the flavors or exactly what I was doing and that the flavors of the cookies change weekly but the person helping me behind the counter was patient and kind. Especially since I was lost not knowing how they are packaged like a mini cookie six pack and of course the large six pack and how the flavors were some I had never tried. Turns out they All were delicious and fresh as expected and should be considering the prices. But definitely worth it in the end as usual. They were even still fresh the next day to take to work and share with my eager co workers. My favorite is still the sugar cookie and I did like the caramel and apple. I Will be going again when I get a craving. ?
