Hair in my cookie. Used my free cookie reward and when I got home there was a hair embedded in it. I tried to email the store directly hoping they would make it right but I have yet to hear back.
Cookies are good, store is nice and clean, staff is very nice. My kids love them, they do make a good gift also…Would recommend 10/10

Stay away from this place! It is addictive, pricey, delicious and SOOOO worth it. Definitely, a treat yourself to decadence place. I don't offer invites, or share these or tell anyone I'm going there, 'cause I'm not sharing! Every man for himself on these rich and pretty cookies/pastry kind of crossovers.

Every time I visit, I’m blown away by how soft, fresh, and flavorful the cookies are. The rotating menu keeps things exciting — there’s always a new flavor to try, and somehow they just keep getting better. My all-time favorites are [insert your favorite flavors if you’d like], but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them. The store is always clean, and the staff is friendly and fast. Whether I’m treating myself or surprising a friend, Crumbl is my go-to. Highly recommend!
