Cookie quality has gone way downhill in the last few years for crumbl overall. They use about half the frosting they did in the past. Cheap on ingredients while also raising the price. Not worth it anymore.
It was quick and customer friendly. I work at medical office and usually only have them there. Or my teenager who just left for college would buy me some. I went to purchase some for the first time and didn’t know the flavors or exactly what I was doing and that the flavors of the cookies change weekly but the person helping me behind the counter was patient and kind. Great, fast and friendly service. Often send cookies to friends and family members, always get there in a timely manner. Sometimes too sweet for me to consume a whole one but still enjoy them in small doses.
