Crust Simply Italian Gilbert

Took my high school graduate there for dinner with a table of 9. Ordered 4 pizza and appetizers. Food was very good, especially if you are looking for more specialty type pizzas. Very nice atmosphere. Overall, great experience.

Their webpage showed them to be open and their AI system took our order for pickup. They showed they were open. We arrived after placing an order with a 25 minute wait time and found they were closed. Huge defect in the AI system and a complete waste of time. AI has its place but this was a huge miss.

Really good pizza!

We visited after our granddaughters' Graduation. Our server was a sweetheart. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The kitchen messed up on one of our orders even after our server specified Gluten-free for a bread order but the rest of the dinner was good. Big dishes so be prepared to share or have some leftovers. Would visit again. I was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures 😔

Food was great! I ordered Chicken Marsala and it was delicious. The music was a bit loud and had to talk over it. If they address that, I would give 5 stars!

Food was fantastic. I got a recommendation from Isaac and he led me down the right path! I will definitely be coming back here, the atmosphere is phenomenal.

Great food

We decided to try Crust based on the Check please Arizona tv show.
Although that was in Chandler, we live by the Gilbert location.
Let me start by saying the food exceded my expectations.
We had pizza slices and the spicy garlic knots.
The pizza was.perfection. Light and fluffy crust and a mellow sauce. Loved it. The garlic knots were a spicy that you crave after the first few bites.
Can't wait to go back and try the pastas next time.

First time visiting and was great, food great and very delicious and fresh. Really good portions.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Pizza is as close to New York as I’ve found in Arizona. It’s authentic. The real deal. It’s all about the dough. Period. If you disagree with that, please stop reading. This mumbo jumbo ain’t fer you, my friend. Bless yer heart.
Now back to those who know Truth.
That sweet, gooey dough - with the light crisp? Of course, these pies are all built upon that very traditional NYC perfect foundation. Otherwise ANY pie, of course, would basically not deserve a review.
So Foundation Perfection, evenly painted with a smooth, flavorful tomato sauce, infused with the gentle essence of a lingering garlic and herb aroma.
Quality toppings. ALL toppings are of the utmost freshness and quality. It all works for me. Plenty of options.
Plain cheese is the only way to honestly sample and judge a pizza maker’s product for the first time. You go from there, should that pass the flavor test. Just another biased opinion. I can’t help it. It’s how I feel. Inside. I just LOVE this place. I prayed, and I knew they would come.
In fact, I’m going there this weekend, to dine in and try the pasta with friends. I’m not driving, and I’m told they have a bar. Can’t wait!

Good service

First time here overall good experience. Ceaser’s were crisp and tasty. Also had the spaghetti and meatballs which was very good but didn’t understand the hockey puck piece of bread they put on the plate. Service was excellent.

Brought my family to celebrate two birthdays excellent service, McKenna! My mother in law loved everything as well. It was their first time here.

My first time here. We went for Mother's Day. It was extremely hot and we ate outside. Our food was delicious and as we went to pay. Our waitress told us Mom's eat free for Mother's day. What a surprise. Thank you Crust so much.
Made our day super special.

Food was Excellent!! Meatballs appetizer, Lobster Ravioli and Smoked Salmon greens Bowl, all were delicious, and, Lil Roni Pizza😱🤤!!
We also tried the Tiramisu and the Gelato, both being excellent. 5 stars!!! 🤘
Just wish we tried it sooner.
