This place is amazing! I love everything from the food to the aesthetic and the piece de resistance, our waitress Natalie! She went above and beyond, from checking in on us to chatting and offering great recommendations. For her service alone, we will definitely be back!

I ordered a chicken salad . There was a whole lot of lettuce not much chicken. I think for the price they could have added another half a cup of chicken.

I’ve ordered delivery from here several times and have come in several times. Usually, they have amazing customer service and communication. Whomever the owner is needs to replace whatever manager I spoke to tonight.

I made a mistake and immediately called to fix it. I place an order online and meant to mark it for delivery. There was literally no way to go pick it up. The first person didn’t know if that was possible. The second person said it was possible but she’d have to get a manager to cancel it out. Ok, great, please do that. The manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that she can cancel it because it’s already in the oven. I responded, in less than two minutes? Not even close to true. She tells me it is and that I’ll have to pay for the order. I told her I’d dispute it with my credit card then. At that point she tells me I am yelling at her, which I was not, but she will go ahead and cancel the order. I was going to replace the order, but after that interaction I couldn’t stomach it. Dominos wins the night for the kids.

The food was good and it's a cool place to go, service was good, but yet not... The waitress brought all of our food out at the same time meaning, our salads and are pastas and pizzas. Who brings the salad out with the main dish? She apologized, but while we ate our salad, our food got cold. I had the angel hair pasta, with olive oil garlic etc, and it was quite dry so I did ask for more olive oil, and it was more than 5 minutes before she brought it back so that was another weight.
I will say the wine is excellent! Everyone else in my party said their food was good, so that's awesome! And I would definitely try it again! And I'd be very clear to whoever took our order to bring all the food out at once.
My other complaint would be they don't offer any free bread and olive oil like most Italian restaurants do. But hey you can buy some bread knots! ☹️

We ordered pick up for the first time - Sicilian upside down was phenomenal. Stella brought our order to our Jeep within a minute I called in that I was there. We’ll come back again!

Crust is a decent Italian restaurant however our server Elle Was rude and unprofessional when taking our order and returning our food to our table. We came in early afternoon. I think she was the bartender. Maybe they were short on servers however she should’ve treated us with respect. We are African-American and local business owners. She needs to get better people skills. And stop profiling people.

This is our favorite place to have a quick snack midday or a delicious meal with a lovely bottle of wine on a date night.
Elle always greets us with a smile and tasty drink when we sit at the bar! Her knowledge of cocktails and great personality make this our favorite neighborhood bar to sit at!!
