Yesterday our womans group visited the Culinary Drop Out in Downtown Gilbert and we had the best time!! We had a couple reservations and there was a total of 28 people. We had 2 different tables and 2 different servers which was perfectly fine for our group! From the time I called to make the reservations to the time we left the customer service was amazing. It can be overwhelming when you have big parties but this resteraunt handled it so well. The hosts that greeted us and seated us were super friendly. The waiters were upbeat and fun. Even the staff that brought our food to the table were amazing. I've been to alot of resteraunts with big parties and often times you get people that are annoyed you are there but not here. Here they welcomed us!!! That is hard to find and impressive. Two ladies did have a problem with their orders however the resteraunt remade both items and the manager came over and talked with them and took those items off the bill. Obviously sometimes mistakes happen but its all in how it is handled that matters and the manager handled it so well and professional. We appreciated the staff and the food was delicious!!! The atmosphere? Perfect! We will definitely be going back!!

Amazing drinks crafted by mixologist that taste complex and delicious! The food, certain items are better than others. We really liked the popcorn shrimp and sushi. The pigs in a blanket are okay, wouldn't order them again though because the beef franks taste weird. Service was stellar! Only downside was waiting to order, server went missing for a time and we hadn't even ordered appetizers.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The lighting is nice and there was some nice music being played in the back ground. The food was fresh and delicious. The drinks were tasty and reasonably strong. I would say our experience was a 5/5 no complaints and I would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to every location over the last 4 years and seen a lot of changes. This location by far is the worst experience. Mainly because of what I observe with management. Lots of turnover and how they talk to their staff. Now I see they have another new manager, and yes I asked for her name specifically. Mackenna. One of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. To her staff and to tables I overheard. The other manager Brandon is also extremely arrogant and mean to staff as well. As a paying customer, it’s disheartening to say the least to see how the staff is treated there. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be returning

Do not go to this place if you are African-American me and my wife decided to go to culinary dropout out for the first time in Gilbert So when we walked in the lady seated us outside and she gave us the Menus and walked away usually no surfers always ask what drink would you like so that had made me skeptical a little bit so I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come over and there were three waitresses that walked past us so now I am highly upset so My wife asked for a manager, and the manager said another 15 minutes to come speak with us so what me and my wife, decided to walk out because the customer service was terrible. Do not come to this place it is very, very racist.
My real only complaint is the way the young lady servers were dressed. I'm all for people dressing how they'd like, however, when you're working at a place that at times hosts a wedding/reception and corporate events, look the part. These glad looked like they were out for a type of 'service', just not food. Torn jeans, tiny tops with too much info showing, thigh high black boots, is the reason we will not be returning to this location. The Scottsdale location.. all class. Also, ease back on the ice for your lemonade drinks. I've learned to ask for all drinks with no ice and a side cup of ice. The spicy rigatoni was very good, stay away from the burger. All bread with a tiny slice of well done meat. Our server was a nicely dressed young man, with a wonderful smile and helpful attitude.

Sat at the bar and ordered drinks for happy hour. 15 minutes we were escorted to our table. Still had 5 minutes of happy hour so ordered another drink and some pretzel bites. Meals arrived at separate times but within acceptable limits. Food was prepared as we asked and everything was enjoyable and satisfying. No rush to leave after dining. Plenty of work staff.

Everything was very good. The food was very tasty. We were very disappointed that a hamburger we had ordered was not cooked properly. The waitress asked if we'd like it be done quickly. It was not redone quickly. Everyone had finished their meals way before the new meal was delivered. I don't feel the replacement burger was properly prioritized in the kitchen.
