Very disappointed in the attitude from the kids working tonight. 8/28. Once a week we treat ourselves to the same Culver’s ice cream mixers. It’s always chocolate. The kid made it with vanilla and then acted like it was my fault when I asked for it to be remade. Very frustrating dealing with this because it has never been that way before.

From Wisconsin and love having a Culver's in Arizona.
Went to get ice cream with my wife, ordered a scoop each, it took 30+ minutes to come to us. Had to go up front and remind them about our order. The ice cream was incredibly sub par. Bad service, bad food, bad experience. I would go literally anywhere else but here in the future

There's been a few mishaps with my orders maybe because of the kids and Billy who works here always takes care of us and personally ensures our orders are properly made. You can tell he not only takes pride in his job but takes it seriously. I'm from where Culver's is from and basically you need more Billy's here.
