Gilbert grill is excellent quality. Meat tastes fresh, never setting there waiting to be grilled. That makes a difference if it is kept frozen/refrigerated til fried.

This is the only Dairy Queen in Mesa Tempe Chandler or Gilbert that has good customer service, the rest are a joke, they refuse to accommodate anything, lose food, are loud obnoxious and or lazy This Dairy Queen is run professionally and responsibly and staff actually do their jobs properly, it's just unfortunate I have to drive so far to go to this one, passing multiple lower quality locations to get there The food is always hot and fresh, and tastes delicious

I stopped in the drive through and ordered a large oreo blizzard. I am very unhappy with it. Way too much oreo to the point it was hard to eat. As a matter of fact, I'm throwing it away and the cup is almost half full and it's nothing but soggy oreo chunks. More ice cream, less oreo.

Chicken strips were cold, fries were cold and soggy, and the toast was cold and soggy and not toasted on both sides. This was absolutely disgusting, never coming here again! We placed the take out order online on 03/25/25. But after going to a different location tonight and having similar results, I decided to post for both locations.

Every time I go here it’s great especially when me and my friends are always downtown they give us free water cups which is amazing and don’t care that we bring in our scooters. Awesome service overall super good ice cream and suprisingly awesome food

When I drop 27$ on a meal I 1000% expect my sauce not to be split all over my food! The sauce doesn't need to go in the box! I am so incredibly irritated with the cook! It wasn't busy at all!

Always disappointed at missing items at Az dairy queens. No steak fingers, tacos, jalitos, or nachos!?! As many Texans as there are in Az this is shocking. Thankfully they had country gravy for chicken strips. That being said, the staff here is great. Our food is acceptable and looks like it was made with care. No sloppy burgers. Fries where fresh and chicken strips and gravy pipping hot. Dilly bars always good

I came by this evening to celebrate my 6 year old son who did amazing at karate. I mentioned twice I had a code for the 0.85 blizzard when ordering. Your employee forgot to scan the code for my blizzard so when I reminded her she needed to redo the transaction. When she gave me my money back I didn't understand how she rang up my order. While she was trying to explain to me her coworker white older lady who refused to give me her name was talking about me and how she wouldn't have the patience to deal with someone like me. I will never come back with how disrespectful your staff is.
