Fast and friendly service. Stop by to purchase a couple of smoothies. Staff was extremely helpful and helpful. Was in and out in less than 5 mn. This location was also extremely clean.

Prices are high for the mediocre food but that is the brand standard. Service was good. Our guests love the place for the drinks, we usually do not choose Orange Julius because of the poor value.
I went here with family planning to get meals and desserts. Learned after I got there that it's not a 'full' DQ, rather just one that focuses on the desserts side. Food was alright, though there was no lettuce on the sandwiches ordered, despite being advertised with such. Blizzards were good. Would go back, but only for dessert.

A bunch of young, rude employees who have never been taught customer service. Ordered the blizzard of the month and had no candy in my ice cream. Worst blizzard I've ever gotten and the way I didn't feel appreciated for being there, instead of the million other ice cream places in Arizona that are better. Fire your staff! Get some hard working and grateful employees.

From my short expirience at this location, I have mixed feelings. The staff clearly wasn't taught enough on how to be polite. No “thank you†or even a kind “helloâ€. The food, smoothies, and blizzards were actually pretty good though. Would i come here again? yes, would i perfer something different? yes. Two out of Five stars would probably be the best rating for now. Only would come back if I needed to.

I mean, it's Dairy Queen so you're probably going to get your upside down blizzard like you expect. The store is older but relatively clean and the staff has always been nice to us.

When I saw the girl wipe her nose with the back of her hand in the middle of making blizzards, I should have left immediately. Of course I stayed and ordered a sundae and two pretzel sticks. My sundae had hair in it. The same girl that was making blizzards also made my sundae. I told the kid I ordered it from about the hair in my sundae. He seemed annoyed that I was upset about it. He replaced it with another sundae. He never asked me if I wanted him to replace my sundae, but assumed I did. I then told him that I didn't want a replacement, I wanted a refund! Again, he assumed I wanted a refund for my sundae. Do you think I want to eat food from a place that serves its food with hair in it?! Long story short, it took a really long time to get a refund for my entire order because they can't reverse a debit and don't have any change to make refunds. If you want delicious desserts without hair and friendly employees to help you, go to Frost! Stay away from this pathetic place.
