Chocolate soft serve tasted terrible tonight. Hope they figure out what is going on, first time this happens to me usually they do pretty good on service.

At least the cleaning tool are cleaning (it is able to make that progress to the point in being able to have the cleaning stuff already in their, so when you go to clean it: if you do the right thing and clean up after yourself, you can do it the right way) Other then that, no, if this is how clean it is, and that is what I can see, then sure there are other things that need to be done; I say that from the point in what is the fact that, it is so built up that, what else are they letting build up: in area that can't be seen. Sure they have a health letter, but that piece of paper is nothing when: you pay to be part of that: so really they are just paying a PERSON to say they are clean and they aren't; for that is the simple fact: I paying for the overall experience, not the food or an area to sit.... So I will be getting my money back, for that is not what I is going to but into, so that they can pay someone off to say that they are doing a good job.... When that is all that it is, words/no action. You never heard of an electric scrub brush.

Service was amazing and my blizzard came out perfect just how I like it. I was having a bad day so I’m very grateful for how good the service was. I never caught her name but the young lady with purple n her hair was very sweet. Service in general was great but that girl definitely helped my day:) she even aksed how I was!!! I don’t get often. Anyways thanks DQ for a wonderful experience:)

Customer service was absolutely awful. The girl at drive thru with the red/purplish hair did not welcome or smile once throughout my entire experience. She had my blizzard in her hand and stared at me with a disgusted look then pull the blizzard back and went inside to do who knows.

Service was super fast and the ice cream was well mixed. The prices here also are cheaper than other locations i've been to.

As we know there are many Dairy Queen locations in the Chandler/Gilbert/Queen Creek area. That being said the one located at Higley Village Plaza (Queen Creek & Higley) is head a shoulders above the rest. We always go inside to order and the staff is consistently friendly, efficient and professional. I think this is definitely a reflection of the owner of this location who makes sure they are well trained. Plus, their prices are lower than their competition! All this is the reason why this is our DQ of choice even though it is not the closest to where we live.

My wife last Tuesday had ordered an ice cream birthday cake for our son's birthday on Sunday. When we went in Friday night to pick up the cake there was no information given to anyone that just was needed to be done. This tells me that there's a serious lack of communication and continuity among the staff. But, they are in high school. All the kids in this place are in high school so I don't expect too much. After all when I was in high school, nobody expected too much for me because oh wait, I was a teenager and my main purpose in life was school skateboarding and chasing girls. When I showed up on Sunday they had the cake already and they apologized and were polite. Nothing was lost. I was simply inconvenienced a little. Is this place a good place for ice cream? Yeah it really is because there's Cold Stone creamery and from what I understand the management treats their people like garbage. Any ice cream is really overpriced. Yes, it's not soft. Serve and a make it right in front of you with a whole bunch of fixings. But you know what ice cream shouldn't feel like it's 40 lb in your stomach. You can get a nice light cone here and be on your way without it being a huge operation. Well I can continue to visit. Well sure I will. Because it's a dairy Queen, it's not like you're going to Morton's and spending $400 on a meal.

HORRIBLE!! We used to come here all the time. But lately when we get the blizzards there is barley anything in it! The first time I was like eh.. maybe it's just a fluke but the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time like barley any candy in the blizzard it's awful if I wanted just plain ice cream I would have ordered it!! And if you ask for extra forget it they won't put it in there but they sure will charge you for it.. I'll go else where from now on..

9:03pm and they turned a bunch of us away in the lobby. You need to adjust your lobby hours on the weekend. We gave our business to Coldstone instead.

I love the Blizzards. We didn't have to wait in a long line. The 85 cent days make me so happy! It was delicious!
