Ordered 6 piece chicken strips, didn’t get my toast which I was looking forward to. Chicken was hot fries not so much. Other than that the service was good thru drive thru.

Incompetence at its finest. How do I confirm the order with you and then I am asked to pull to the front and the order is still incorrect. The lady said 5 minutes it was 10 for the order to be incorrect and now you are closing and not answering the phone. How hard is it to work in fast food and get an order accurate when you confirm it. Won’t be back to this location.

How I was handed my blizzard, no napkins provided and just closed the drive thru window on me and already had my order wrong and everything was just completely melted and not made right.

Very poor service all the way around, beginning with our Large Blizzards not mixed thoroughly 3/4’s of them were just vanilla ice cream for both, cotton candy and Oreo blizzards. Secondly the booths and floors were filthy, food and trash were scattered throughout the dining area. Another couple with two children were also in our party. The two 6 year old girls were quietly finishing their ice cream, and although the hours show it is open until 11:00 a staff member told us “you have to leave” shortly after 10:00. Very disrespectful staff, Extremely filthy, and Horrible service.

This Dairy Queen location is one of the worst in the Valley. During my initial visit, I arrived at 11 for lunch and experienced a 20-minute wait, ultimately leaving due to frustration over the limited time for my lunch break. Upon inquiring at the counter, I was informed that the staff had forgotten to activate the grill. Today, I decided to provide a second opportunity, but after waiting in line behind a few individuals, I observed the attendant engaging in an extended conversation with a male customer for approximately 10 minutes. Consequently, I chose to depart and, for the second time, took my business to Burger King, where I promptly placed my order and received my food in a timely manner. It is unfortunate that I reside in the area and appreciate Dairy Queen's offerings. The empty lobby and negative reviews are understandable.
Every time i come here i get great service and great food. Even if i have to wait a few minutes. It’s always hot!

I came in tonight for a late night treat with my kids. The staff were all extremely friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed. The manager is top tier telling her staff “good job guys” after a big rush. The world needs more customer service like this. Very happy tonight.

No DQ’s where I live so I look forward to blizzards when I visit relatives. Ordered my standard turtle pecan cluster. She didn’t flip it when she handed it to me. Had she it would have fallen out it was so thin. Then, as I was eating it I realized all it was was pecans in vanilla ice cream. No chocolate or Carmel. So disappointing to get something like that when I rarely get them.

I got a burger combo with onion rings. The issue was the onions didn't taste right and bad. I threw them out to play safe. Lost $.
