I come here often in my opinion this is the best Dairy Queen in Gilbert my food is always made fresh and the young lady that works the drive thru window is always so kind and sweet and very professional each time I wish I got her name she worked the window tonight and her service is legitimately amazing and trigger me to leave this review she totally made my day today just by being kind but she’s always on it I love coming when she’s working she definitely deserves a raise and should be recognized!!! Kindness goes a long way!

Went in for chili dogs a blizzard and shake. I ordered a chili dog with onion no cheese and a fudge chocolate shake.My friend ordered a heath blizzard and 2 chili dogs with no onions just cheese.when the guy repeated the order he said okay that’s 3 chili dogs with onion and I said no 2 chili dogs with cheese no onions when we got the order and sat down the 2 chili dogs with no onions were 2 regular hot dogs with cheese no chili The food was cold except for the fries.My friend would not let me take them back to the counter so I am writing this review.We will never go back there again where did you find this so called worker

Update 10/25/25 The girl in the red shirt at window was great. This is where the good ends. The large middle aged man and woman in black T-shirts looked mad, unfriendly and uncaring. Neither one of our burgers were correct. The cherry dipped cone fell over so they made a new one. Half the size and one mushy dip. New management is obviously lacking any knowledge as to how to run a restaurant. This DQ was a firm 5 stars for the first few years they opened. The past year has been a steady decline in service and quality.

How do they not know what a pup cup is in this day and age? I told the kid Im happy to pay, I'm not asking for something for free. No. My 100lb Great Pyrennes was so disappointed. Don't hurt my precious dog's feelings and expect me to ever return.
I'm sure you understand that when you give the same pat response to every negative review, you're simply checking a box. It comes off as patronizing and dismissive. I had a legitimate, unambiguous issue.
Our family has visited this location a handful of times. Always hoping the experience will be better. They are CONSTANTLY out of core items such as: swirl ice cream, chocolate dip, chocolate fudge, and frozen take home bars. They really need someone who knows how to order for their location. They are usually busy, but also love to give half melted treats, or get your order wrong. We typically go in the evening on any given day, and the drive through line is an extremely long wait. We have waited anywhere from 20-30 minutes in line. I don’t typically leave reviews, but we have yet to have a good experience here. After last night having another bad experience, we will be going to a location a bit further up the road from us.

Our server was super nice and polite! She said she didn't like ice cream which I thought was funny, but still recommended the strawberry cheesecake blizzard. It was delicious, haven't been disappointed by a DQ blizzard yet!

Incompetence at its finest. How do I confirm the order with you and then I am asked to pull to the front and the order is still incorrect. The lady said 5 minutes it was 10 for the order to be incorrect and now you are closing and not answering the phone. How hard is it to work in fast food and get an order accurate when you confirm it. Won’t be back to this location.
