I came to pick up an order and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional. They were clearly short-staffed, and my food wasn’t even ready when I arrived. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, one of the workers was wearing pajamas and slippers, which was already concerning for a food establishment.
I was then told to park and wait because the order wasn’t ready. While waiting, I saw the manager eating on the job and coughing without even covering her mouth. At that point, I was genuinely worried about the cleanliness and safety of my food.
About 10 minutes later, the same employee in pajamas brought my order out. She was rude and dismissive, just handed me the bag and walked away without giving me a moment to respond or even say thank you.
Overall, the visit was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming to this location.

I had said no worries I can wait in which she said we'll its gonna be at least 20 minutes because I'm doing everything myself. I am gonna pass this on to corporate as well.

The team was terrific tonight. It was dinner rush , the drive thru was not working and im pretty sure they were short handed. The team stayed calm and extremely friendly while being really busy. Food turned out great.

I come to this location pretty frequently while Working and it’s always clean and the food is great. I always See the few workers here busting their tails trying to do everything at once. The employees here are amazing and I think they all deserve raises. They actually care about customers. I’ll go out of my way to go to this location anytime.

This location doesn’t open on time I was at the drive thru at 7:55 and they came out to tell me they’re closed when Google says they open at 7am. Don’t understand why they don’t open on time

I never leave reviews for fast food places, but Amanda, the manager at Del Taco, totally deserves it! She’s so kind, friendly, and clearly works her tail off. You can just tell she cares. Honestly, someone give this woman a raise — or at least a taco crown! 🌮👑

This is the second or third time I’ve come to drive thru around 7:30am and nobody comes to take order for drive thru. They come on only after repeatedly calling into the microphone and tell me that they’re not open yet. Either change your hours or actually take orders when you’re open. Today October 3 is the most recent instance of this.
