The burrito had no meat. It was just filled with guacamole and beans definitely not fresh. Don’t recommend ordering at night or if there’s no line.

I asked for no jalapenos, because I'm allergic to jalapenos, but guess what was on my nachos? JALAPEÑOS! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT IS WRITTEN! I COULDN'T EAT AN ITEM WORTH OVER 6 DOLLARS. I didn't feel like driving back to tell them my order was wrong. Just please, pay attention.

Absolute Food Service Professionals!!! I fell in L.O.V.E. with Del Taco the very first time I ate at the location in Barstow, California. They put quartered tomatoes on their tacos just like my ma used to make them. ❤️.
I am never let down regardless of what location I visit.

Let me start by first saying every employee at this location has a lot of hair and not one of them had it pulled back. They wear gloves but touch everything with the gloves on so not quite sure the point of the gloves when it’s all contaminated. The food we ordered, we asked for no sauce or no onions or no tomatoes and had all of those things on the items so four of the five items we had to fix or could not eat at all due to allergies. The french fries that are supposedly voted the best of 2024 were soggy and cold. Just really disappointed in my overall experience. Sorry, Del taco you have lost my business.

Almost half my order was missing but I didn't discover it until I was several miles down the road. I called and tried to get a refund but they told me I would have to come back to the store for that. Ryan, the store manager did not care at all that I had missing food from my order. I had to drive 20 miles back. I'm disabled and none of the associates seemed to care at all. Make sure you check your bags and you have all your food before you leave the drive-thru. I'll certainly never be back. Also my fries were old and cold and not tasty for del Taco fry. They were probably a 2 out of 10 and The only other food item I did receive with my order was a bean burrito and the front part was good but the back half was super dry. The beans were way too dry and I could not even finish it.

Place was clean. This is about the food. Did a street taco . Beef or steak. It had a sloppy sauce that was not good meat was cooked to nothing. Even the sauce packet had high fructose corn syrup. Not sure what was in the steak sauce. My first and last time going here. Local is the way.

Twice this week I've came to this location just for an order of churros and a drink. Their hours say they are opened until 1am. I've pulled in at 12:20 am when the lights are still on and the speaker says they are closed. The first time the lights didn't go off until after I started to drive away. Tonight there was another car in the drive thru and lights on at 12:20am. When I got to the speaker they said they were closed so I proceeded forward where I still had to wait behind a car for 5 minutes until they got their food... an updated hours online would help!!
