I was excited to redeem my birthday meal. I came with my daughter. I showed the server my birthday reward email and said I wanted to redeem my birthday meal. He said, ok, you choose between pancakes, french toast, or biscuit and gravy. Then he said it came with 2 bacon, 2 sausage and 2 eggs. I made my choice and my daughter ordered. Our food came out and it was nice, no problems. The french toast was crispy, eggs were perfectly over easy, no problems.Server gave us the check and said to just show the cashier my email code and my meal would total out to $0. When we went up to pay, our server happened to be the cashier too. I showed him the QR code and he scanned it. It didn't work, so he realized, oh the birthday meal is the value slam. I guess he gave me something else, though I wasn't sure what was so different. One less bacon and sausage? One less french toast? I didn't care, not my problem.Whatever, I said, I specifically told you before I ordered what I wanted and I said it was the birthday meal. He said, ok I can take $5 off. I said no, it wasn't my fault. I was very clear what I wanted to order. Finally he just comped the meal and I just paid for my daughter's meal as I planned.When I got to the parking lot, I realized that he took off my daughter's meal price instead of mine. Hers was $12.99 and mine was $15.99. So he still overcharged me by $3.He was super nice about it and not argumentative, but I don't think I could have been any more clearer than I was when I ordered. It makes you wonder if this happens all the time. I read another review from 3 months before this one where they didn't want to redeem the birthday meal either, so I question how often it happens.What do they care if I get the free meal? It is a Denny's policy that you can sign up for the rewards and get a birthday meal. What do the servers or individual restaurant miss out on about redeeming it? Why to they make it so difficult or impossible?I almost want to go back and get my $3 back.

Walking in, one can smell the restrooms. The waitress was nice & did Ok, but she & other staff complained & blamed much on "corporate", when other Denny's restaurants don't serve rubbery & too salty chicken. The iced tea tasted terrible. They were nice & gave a discount, but we definitely didn't finish our meal.

This Denny's is disgusting. The floors were sticky and the bathrooms were filthy. There was food on the seat in the booth when we sat down. No refills were offered on any drink (and the coffee was somehow salty anyway). Food was barely edible and service was poor. Way too expensive for what it was.

My mom and I came here one Sunday evening and had the best time! Ms Tammy is one of the most amazing managers I've ever come into contact with. She made that Denny's feel like a Southern, hometown Diner. We enjoyed talking with her and the food was phenomenal. I came back a week later!

This place was gross. The cups were filthy, the table was sticky, and the bathroom was disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog eat there. They gave me a glass of milk that was spoiled. Spent 2 whole days in the bathroom after eating there. I put so pics up of the nasty bathroom. Beware, don't stop to eat there, go to the Chille's across the parking lot.
