The meat was very, VERY dry. The sides were okay. Not really worth the $30.

Friend ordered ahead for pickup since I just had hand surgery wanted help making sure everything was right.. employee just told me I could look... I was 1 handed.. very rude I don't recommend

Horrible customer service, food was incorrect on pickup order. I just had hand surgery and asked for assistance to check order before I left and the girl refused to help me and said I could do it myself, well obviously with hand surgery I was not able to check order until I got home and my roommate was able to check and guess what it was WRONG!! VERY DISAPPOINTED;!!

Ribs completely burnt not edible okra was undercooked I got this to go and didn’t see until I got home definitely won’t go back . They used to be good not sure what happened

I went in to order take out.
Got home and realized they forgot my bbq sauce. I went all the way home before realizing this.
I dont mind the error so much,(they apologized) but when you have to go all the way back and they give you a little dinky serving of sauce, you kind of expect a little something extra. Especially when I have a cold sandwich now. Even if they gave extra sauce or a drink or even a coupon for next time. It's little things like that that keep your customers coming back.
Their prices are so high anyway, so I prob won't be going back now. Too bad.
I will say, they do give an ample amount of meat. Prob should give more sauce anyway

I was a very frequent GrubHub customer of yours... until 2 weeks ago when you jacked up your prices enormously. Why did your 3-meat platter go from $18.99 to $31.99?!?! Price gouging! I am extremely disappointed.

No opinion on the food, but there’s a young guy there who mentioned the Tyler The Creator album and I wanted to let him know that we thought the album was odd.

This place should be shut down. Received burnt rib bones with no meat. Dried and tough brisket. Texas toast that wasn’t cooked, just warmed. Worst $32 ever spent. Disgusting and a complete rip off. Zero stars if I could.

Received a text message for a "freebie alert", buy one get the second at no charge loaded baked potato with or w/o meat. Tried ordering it online. Unsuccessful, wouldn't take the code. Called the store. They were unable to honor the special since it was an online special, with a code. Ended up having a promo for a Sandwich of my choice. So, ordered the loaded baked potato with beef brisket, and a pulled pork sandwich for pick-up. Both the baked potato and the pulled pork sandwich were luke warm and the special requests to the loaded baked potato with beef brisket were not correctly done.

Not happy as I asked for sliced brisket, they forgot 4 mac and cheese, got the wrong drinks. Doesn’t matter which dickeys you go to they seem to get orders messed up over and over
