Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Pretty disappointed with our Superbowl meal from here
Didn't get our brisket, pork ribs were extremely overcooked, and fried okra was all soft. The cornbread was clearly old, and meal was much too expensive for the quality we saw
I did like the beans, coleslaw, and mac though, all had good flavor, the sauce is good too

The sausage was good, chicken was good, but the brisket tasted like it was boiled. It had no bark whatsoever, had to dip it in ranch to eat it #gross - besides that the BLONDE manager lady was so rude and was horrible to another customer, she yelled at him because he didn’t speak much english. Girl bye

Normally we really enjoy Dickies but, this is the worst location I have visited. Baked potato had been sitting forever. Wasn't good. Pulled pork sandwich with the least amount of meat I have ever got on a sandwich at Dickies. They have hand cut fries on the menu but they brought out waffke fries. Normally when I go to Dickies the bun is buttered and toasted. Not this time.

It's been 4 years and there has been no improvement since the last time we went.
Prices are higher, portions smaller, stale food. No sodas available in the soda machine, didn't know this before purchasing our drinks. The young lady working was more into her phone then working with customers.

I miss the Dicky's from Norco, Ca circa 2014. That one was crowded every day with great service and food.

I’ve ordered here 4 times since February. Each of the 4 times, my order was wrong. Today there was a blonde hair in my food. Don’t bother calling to speak to anyone about it. They won’t answer the phone at all. The first time, they got my order wrong twice. Will not be returning.

They dont give the food you paid for, they do not answer the phone when you call and when you go back after they rip you off, they are standing around doing nothing. You order 3.5 lbs of meet and they give you 4 tiny cups of BBQ sauce.

We walked in and both employees were sitting in chairs in the back of kitchen. No customers were in the place. That was odd to us. Food came out. Looked ok but was not smoked well at all. Ribs were dry. Chicken black. Want good. Another thing was there was no music playing . No Tv. Nothing. Ambiance was non existent. We ate and left. Nobody came in the entire time we were eating. Very odd to us. We won’t be back.

We’ve eaten at this location many times and the food has been adequate. This visit the pulled pork sandwich was extremely fatty with dry bun and the sliced brisket was like beef jerky with dry bun. Won’t be going back. You could tell the brisket was overdone and charred just by looking at it. Should never have been served.

Very disappointed in the food. I ordered a sliced brisket combo plate with Texas toast. What I received was stringing bits of brisket which was mostly fat. There wasn’t ONE piece of ‘sliced’ brisket. They gave me what I feed the dog when I smoke brisket at home. My “Texas toast” was a curled up heel of unbuttered, thin sandwich bread. Ridiculous! I didn’t want to make a scene because I was there with a person that I don’t know well but I was shocked that a restaurant would serve this meal and accept $20 in payment.

Friendly staff but we were unable to enjoy our lunch. The cheddar jalapeño kielbasa looked terrible and the chicken was pink and looked awful. We will not be back.
