Food is always good, doesn't matter what you order. Girls are nice, attentive and polite. Last night's singer (young male country) was very good and added a nice touch.

Recently, we've been going to this establishment quite frequently. They seem to have good breakfast specials and happy hour specials. We live in the neighborhood behind the business. Tonight was an exceptionally poor experience. Our waitress missed the mark on everything. After 45 minutes, she advised us that she did not put our order in and completely forgot. She had to re-ask what our order was. She offered us shots as a forgiveness. (We don't particularly like shots). When our food came, she pretty much messed Our whole order up. Any request that was made was not followed. Upon receiving the check, she overcharged us. When we pointed it out to her, the manager was sent to our table, and we were told we had to explain to him our side of the story. After this super poor experience, we now needed to explain ourselves????!!!! She charged my four-year-old's meal as an adult size meal (after my wife had made clear, kids chicken tenders)Even he was condescending and trying to get the last jab in, supposedly trying to make the situation better.saying we did not understand that fries were not added with my meal. It clearly says an additional 3$ dollars gets you fries with the meal on the happy hour deal. We were pointing out that she had overcharged us and tried to charge an additional 6$ for the fry's. this was enough to lose our business. The disrespect we had to put up with after everything was fumbled, was enough for our family.

Fun atmosphere for casual dinner, wait staff were great.

Just went in for a couple drinks and appetizer. Had the artichoke spinach dip. Was basically a glob of cream cheese with very little spinach and shredded artichoke.

This is more for the younger crowd.I guess i'm getting old.. during very much about country with this place. At night, it turns into a club scene. They barely even play country. You got waitresses wearing thongs and g strings? All really young girls, loud music can't hear the person next to you talk or even shout at that matter. During the daytime hours, it's pretty nice. It's quiet. It's calm, it's got really good food bednight, time. It's overcrowded overpacked overpriced, just not my type. The place I guess.

Went to dierks last night around 10:30 for just a fun night. Around midnight stopped to go to the women’s washroom, there was a line up so i was waiting in between the hallway and the entrance. While i was waiting A MALE SECURITY GUARD came into the women’s washroom MULTIPLE times banging on the doors. Many people in line where questioning why a male was in the women’s washroom, I was then told by another male security guard to “mind my business”. This experience felt so unsafe to the WOMENS WASHROOM and the fact that they had so many female staff members working that could have checked for them. Incredibly wrong and should not have happened.

Its ok but be warned, if you're in a large group, they will only split the bill evenly which is ridiculous.

Good experience. Drinks were a little slow but the servers were very friendly. Live music was great.

Sound system was blaring at 4:45 pm, so loud we couldn't hear each other to communicate. We mentioned it to the Waitress and was told she would try but wasn't allowed to touch it. Hamburger was over cooked and dry. Cost was too high for the quality of the food and the ambiance.

Took the wife who loves Derek's Bentley. She's been wanting to go there for a while. Got there and get seated, plenty of people stopping by checking on us we needed anything at that point. Once we ordered from our waitress, the service went downhill. We would see her walk by our table going to the other room, but never stopped to see if our food was good or you needed anything else I had to track down a manager to get in our bill, and he didn't even he wasn't that helpful saying I'll find her. Food was great music was amazing, by that doesn't make up. For being ignored.

The drinks were overpriced. We thought it was a mistake. For a double whiskey and ginger we were charged $24 per drink and $32 per drink. No where have I ever paid that much for a drink. You may want to check how the wait staff rings up drinks. Beers were normally priced. And the tip suggestion should be off the food total not including beverages at that price. I was disappointed to say the least and I'm a huge Dierks Bentley fan.

Really great food, service and atmosphere. It was a bit loud if you had a big group and wanted to talk. But the band was really good even the opener was top notch.

Good food, had to send my mixed drink back because the coke product was flat, but overall great experience.

Had the maple almond salmon, very delicious (although I like my salmon cooked medium, and requested it that way, but came out cooked through, still it was not too dry) Fun music playing the whole time! We made a reservation, but it seems they were seating everyone fairly quickly (6pm timeframe)

This was our visit at Whiskey Row. We had no idea what to expect and were surprised to see a live band playing in the middle of Saturday afternoon. We arrived at 1:15 PM, and the neighboring restaurants were participating in a St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawl. While the streets were pretty packed with people, Whiskey Row wasn't very busy even though they appeared to be participating in the event, as well. They offered a brunch menu that had some breakfast items on it, but overall, not a lot to choose from on the menu. They offered one salad, which I ordered..the BBQ chicken salad. There were two very slim slices of chicken on the entire salad with zero BBQ flavor. The salad was saturated in dressing. Overall, not very good. Our server did bring out a side of chicken, but it just didn't have any flavor. Not something I'd order again. The band was OK. They played a lot of older 90's country music, which was nice to hear, but talked quite a bit between songs. The place is extremely loud overall, so not a place you'd want to go if you actually want to have a conversation with your dining date(s). Our server couldn't hear us when she came by to take our order. We had to point to what we wanted from the menu. I'm not overly excited to go back.
