Domino's Pizza

This location has phenomenal customer service!!! They are the true definition of teamwork makes the dream work. I was in there on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon and I didn’t mind the wait. Having the opportunity to see the manager, assistant manager and their entire team hard at work effectively communicating with each other getting those orders completed accurately and rapidly was an experience. I give them all kudos. Best team ever!!! Thank you Dominos!!!

This dominos location understood the assignment.
I mean I’ve always been a dominos fan and I do love other locations too, they’ve never disappointed me ever but this order was completed with perfection. My husband loved his pepperoni pizza from the same order too. I think I saw on the tracker that Bo was the one who prepped it so thank you Bo! Very fast too; I placed order on the app, walked into Walmart to grab chimichangas and checked out to find the pizzas are ready.
Will use them for future orders that I pick up on the way home from work.

Parking: It’s a competition with other stores and restaurants nearby but I was able to snag a spot nearby quickly enough.

I just moved around to this location and ordered a pizza with least protein I have ever ordered on domino’s. Is this kind with normal chicken and beef?

Every time I come to this location the young lady that makes the pizza the Mexican lady is always rude. She threw my pizza this was at 7:43PM on August 8 her attire stinks I never coming back

Have ordered a couple times from here close to closing and they've been canceled without warning. Why stay open so late if you aren't going to accept the orders? As someone who's worked at a pizza restaurant as a manager, this is just disrespectful to the customer. You could at least call or offer some kind of coupon for next time. Don't order from here if it's close to closing.

Order came so late after ‘delivery complete’ notification, that I found it the next day!!!!
Placed an order at 11:45 pm last night. Order tracker said “complete” idk, sometime around 12:15 or so? We went outside and our $50 order was nowhere to be found. We figured it’d be here soon. We watched out the window, went outside, and by 12:55 AM we figured our order wasn’t coming. Did one last check at 1:30 AM, starving, and still not there, so we went to bed. Left the house at 10:30 am the next day (today) and it’s there!!! Sat out all night on the ground. What a waste!! They should have called and we would have had no problem waiting!! Or I don’t know, wrung the doorbell? How would we know it was delivered if it came 1.5 hours or more after delivery notification?

I placed an order and they delivered to the wrong address, driver was made aware by home owner that it was the wrong address. Still gave a stranger my pizza and then was called by that guy to see if I wanted to come pick up my order. I tried calling the store and was put on hold for 30+mins, the online customer support was little to no help and I couldn’t get a hold of a real person. Disappointed to say the least and really wish I could get a refund.
Edit: Finally got a hold of them and was put in touch with manager. Very unprofessional and tried to gaslight me any way she could saying I put my address in wrong, telling me to check outside again to see if my order was out there, and ended with telling me I have one option and that was to cancel my order and she would not be sending someone out to deliver my order correctly. So yeah never buying again, good luck with that type of service rendered.

I ordered food online, and the person I talked to said it would be 20 minutes. When I showed up 15 minutes later, they said my pizzas were 4 orders back still, and it would be another 45 minutes.

Left and got something else. Not a slam on this store at all, the staff was friendly, but the ordering system by phone was way off.

Hector, the manager, called to inform me my order wouldn't be delivered due to order volume. This was an hour before they closed. Absolutely horrible service from a mediocre chain. I will never support this local store again. Maybe pay your people what they are worth so you have people to deliver your products.
