4 times when I've ordered thin crust pizza to be pie cut via the app the store has incorrectly cut them in squares. The last time I complained and asked for a refund but they'd only give me a credit.Today I called in to redeem my credit and AGAIN they made the pizzas square cut. When talking to the manager she said that although the app shows my orders as pie cut, their system doesn't show that.She refused to remake the pizzas just because of the cut style, which is the entire reason why I had the credit in the first place. Terrible customer service. My kids hate eating the little squares!

Very very poor customer service. I have ordered couple of pizza today and they gave wrong one and I didn’t check when got but once I reach home and I found that they given wrong pizza. When I returned the pizza at store they not even apologised for that.

This place was horrendous. Ordered for delivery, said it would be “35 minutes”. Waited over an hour before calling them only for them to say it will be about another hour because they only have one driver. Had to go pick it up myself. It was cold by the second I put it in my car. This specific location is trash, don’t recommend.

The only reason they get a single star is because the people who were actually working and making pizzas last night made damn good pizza. I have been in retail/customer service for 8 years and management for 3 and I have never had such bad customer service. I walk in and this location was by far one of the nicest Dominoes I've seen by far. The manager I believe (guy with red hair and beard) was helping a man before me. it was getting late, my family and I had been moving all day. I admit I looked rough but I was just picking up pizza to feed my kids. Not only did he and everyone else on the floor see me, they completely ignored the fact that I was there. I set my timer out of curiosity, it took them 11 minutes just to say, have you been helped. Ironically, it was the only guy in there with a little melanin to his skin, I let it go. It's 2024 and after last night I can truly say I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my skin as a proud Mexican woman. He say's "have you been helped?" I said "obviously no"t. I get it, they were busy but they had plenty of people on the floor. the manager looked me directly in the eyes and I stared back. He looked down. The guy said "what are you ordering then?" I said I have a pickup for..." "So you're picking up?" very rudely might I add. I said "yes". He goes to get the pizzas and the guy who helps him look for my order, drops the receipt left in the pizza and continues to put it back in the box which I might add is completely unsafe and unsanitary. I was livid and done by that point. He pulls up the screen for the tip, and says "it's going to ask you on the next screen if you'd like to leave a tip". Then turns his back to me to continue working. If I could've handed all the cook's individual tips I would have so no I didn't leave one for the whole night shift. When he saw it said no, he proceeded to smack his lips at me. The whole place was dead silent and I felt like a brown speck of rice stuck in a bowl of white rice pun intended. By far the worst dominos/customer service I've experienced never going back!!

they close at midnight… i placed an online order at 11:54 for a delivery. they called me a few minutes later and said they cancelled my order because they just turned off the ovens about 5 minutes ago… so you close at midnight but you turn off your ovens at 11:49??? this is not good business and I think as a business owner myself i would not allow my employees to do this. you should change your close time to 11:45 if you’re not going to ACTUALLY stay open until your time of close.

Love Domino's pizza! Yummy food, friendly people and fast service! The new stuffed pepperoni cheesy bread is super yummy and so is the loaded tots mmmm so good!

They are so chintzy on the sauce and cheese. If you order extra, it's too much so basically we had a pizza with so little sauce that you couldn't see it or barely taste it and there wasn't enough cheese to cover the pizza.
Worst location for service and pizza. Pizza has way too much sauce and it was burned on the bottom I ask for meat lovers with pineapple . Topping were very alomost non existent. Called the restaurant and Krystal the so called assistant manager was rude and wouldn’t do anything to fix there mistakes I will never be back I went too corporate for resolution. I am disputing this charge on credit card

Just made an order for delivery while home working. I am in meetings with work. I have requested twice in 2 weeks NO CONTACT DELIVERY ( LEAVE AT DOOR).2 times now they keep ringing my doorbell to sign the receipt for a tip. I live across the street 2mins. I paid the bill already stop begging for tips.
