Best fkn quesa birrias I’ve had in a while. Like for real for real
We have been here once before and LOVED the food. However, I have tried to return twice inside their hours (around 6pm on Friday and Saturday) and both times they were not serving food. The truck was there, but one time they were nowhere to be seen, and the other time they were about to get ready and they said it would be around 30 minutes but they were just standing and talking outside the truck. No care in the world to actually open. I love this food, but the service is horrendous to the point they just don’t work or even open when they say they will be open. Maybe I’ll try to stop if I see they are open and I happen to be downtown, but I won’t come to downtown for this truck ever again because they have proven they probably won’t be open.

stopped here on a whim. Very impressive food. Had tacos with chicken and al pastor and a quesadilla with al pastor. The pastor here is delicious. I would go here every week if it wasn't so far from my house. Highly recommend to those who like real tacos.

We had stopped at the food truck at the Chevron. Last night on Ocotillo and Gantzel. First impression walked up to the truck no visible menu, you need your phone. I didn’t have my phone on me. The customer was the one that told me you need your phone to see the menu. (The customer was a lifesaver) While the worker just stared at us. (A women) No offer to help us or at least say what kind of tacos are available to promote at least! My husband went for his phone, we ordered. Despite the situation! Pricey tacos for a large family. I’ve had better tacos and service for less! We ordered 8 tacos of Asada, 8 del pastor, 4 of birria.

Their food truck driver goes 65 in a 45 and changes leave without a blinker. I have to imagine the same disregard for human safety applies to the food safety practices. Stay far away!

We made a late night stop at Don Fito’s Taco Truck in downtown Gilbert and we have found a solid place for late, weekend night taco runs. We tried the Carne Asada Nachos, Birria Taco, and Chicken Vampiro. We’d get all three again. The chips in the nachos were fresh and crunchy, lots of nacho cheese, and a generous amount of Carne Asada too. The birria taco was loaded with juicy, tender, and flavorful birria (beef). The chicken vampiro was crispy, cheesy, and loaded with tasty chopped, grilled chicken. Everything was so good! We’ll definitely be making another run. Some of my favorite items are:Carne Asada Nachos⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Birria taco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Chicken vampiro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My guide on how I use the 5 star system:⭐️ = Not good⭐️⭐️ = Not terrible, but would not get again⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Solid, but I’d try something else before this again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Really liked it! You should try this⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Loved it! Must tryI’ll make adjustments to my ratings after subsequent visits. If you see a .3 or .7 it means:.3 = Wasn’t as good the 2nd or last time I tried it.7 = This was better the 2nd or last time I tried it

meat was pretty good, pastor and asada.I ordered an asada queso taco, asadaand pastor tacoand a torta de BIRRIA.I got 3 regular tacos and a asada torta. I didn’t even get what I had paid all that money for. Super disappointment. The 2 stars are for the customer service, the guy taking the ordersand just happy to see Raza doing their thing in the area.Had high expectations but couldn’t even get the order right to truly see what they’re about. Enough to not go back.
Unreal tacos!!! Legit the best tacos I’ve ever had, also super kind and friendly service.
