Iv been a regular here for the past year and all the staff here are always the friendliest. The lobby is always clean and the service is fast. I remember all the lobby staff and I haven't had any problems with any of them. I recall an incident a couple months ago when I left my charger in the lobby and the staff held it for my next visit. Very nice service on their part

Im at this dunkin just about everyday. The service is almost never consistent. There are two girls during the week who actually provide good service. Today on a saturday I stopped by and when i got my food I could tell when I left the drive through it was burnt because all I could smell was burnt bacon....there was one person behind me at 5:30am... there was no rush. This could have been remade. This is not okay

Stopped in to get a quick coffee, and breakfast sandwich. Added in a donut. The food is as good as can be expected from a fast food place. Service was great. The card machine failed though and had to be restarted. And it wasn't the employees fault and she dealt with it really well. Does have an inside seating area that was nice and clean. Got mine to go and it was quick even with the card machine delay.

I used to work here and wow! It was bad, management does not care about you, your opinion doesn't matter, you're always in the wrong, they want to OWN you and your life. Like no I don't want to be shamed for being a bad employee if I don't wanna take an extra shift because I have plans. I don't care about the managers whose life centers around how much he likes Dunkin. No I don't wanna hear how 'there are two types of Asians' or that they 'have a good enough reputation to get away with saying anything'. And I thought my previous job with a drunk manager was bad! ? From person to person please don't work here, even if you're struggling with money or in highschool, you will get promised everything and not get anything.

definitely a 5 star for the service .. I stopped by into the store and it was crowded this morning. .the girls working there handled all the orders very patiently and professionally... kudos ... felt sorry for them ..but they did above and beyond job .felt they are short staffed on busy days ..

I had 3 cars in front of me. It took 31 minutes to get to the speaker. Once arriving at the speaker it Took 6 minutes to acknowledge me. Then They were out of the chocolate munchkins i asked for. There's no other times I get here where they literally don't try to work or acknowledge customers.

Just went threw drive thru and got everything quick, but I had to ask for napkins and the girl got irritated and grabbed some and wadded it into my hand. Really? Other places I get too many.
I came in at 7 am to get 4 dozen donuts for a work function. This was my first time visiting this location. The donut case was completely full. There were two cars in the drive thru, and two people inside waiting for coffee. Team members were very friendly and quick to get the donuts. I asked for a bag and the associate didn't know where the large bags were. Manager walks up to counter and proceeds to tell me when ordering 4 dozen donuts I am to call ahead, that I was creating more work for her team. She was extremely rude. I apologized, and explained to her every other Dunkin I have been to has never made me pre-order. I asked her what she would do if 4 people came, each asking for a dozen donuts, would she ask them to pre-order? I will drive out of my way to visit another Dunkin as they are happy to have my business.

DO NOT GO HERE I ordered 3 wake up wraps. Every single time at this location they are burnt. In this specific time, all 3 of them are completely charred and crunchy like a taco shell. And apparently they’re out of muffins at 6am? This is the worst dunkin i’ve ever went to. DO NOT GO
