Bathroom was disgusting, took forever to get my drink. Plus they told by bf they can’t skip the bacon on the sandwich bc of their rules. We watched the lady make it and she had to put it on herself so not sure why she couldn’t just skip putting them on. Almost a 6 dollar drink and had to wait a half hour to get it. Not coming here again

Understaffed, poor, slow service and leadership is disrespectful and dismissive when asking for a refund. Waiting 25 minutes for a coffee that was ordered ahead while watching them focus on 6 drive thru orders is insane.

I got a Dunkin refresher for my kiddo, she loved it. I got my normal XL Original Blend, Caramel + Cream and it was off flavor like it was sitting for a bit in a metal canister (burning it) I still love Dunkin, I just like my normal location best (Gilbert and Southern)

Every time I have gone to this location the staff is rude and they ALWAYS mess up my order but they make sure to charge me for everything I ask for. Why can’t you get it right?!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years now and there has been such a downfall. The food is great as well as the Coffee, but the workers Never seen to know how to get an order correct I’ve placed an online order multiple times and every time I go through the drive-through Something is wrong. The past two times I’ve gotten the five dollar meal both times requesting a different bread only to leave the drive-through and it be on a croissant which I am not allowed to eat due to being Gluten free I let it slide the first time, but the second time come on Not to mention, these are two different shifts Morning and one was at night Train your employees better!

I ordered online and they were out of the things I ordered so I asked for a croissant instead and that shi was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it. I also ordered a latte which was hella expensive and they literally forgot to put the syrup in there so it literally just tasted like bitter milk. I was pissed like the toasted white chocolate is literally in the name of the drink on the sticker of the cup they gave me but somehow they forgot the toasted white chocolate??? I tried to get a refund online and they never got back to me either.

Dunkin workers, if you don’t have cold brew please don’t mix espresso with iced coffee and think I’m not going to realize it. I specifically asked do you have cold brew and you said yes. Espresso with iced coffee is not the same thing. It’s gross in my opinion and not what I asked for. Just wasted $5 thanks.

I love this place and its employees…but Damn!! They never have anything in stock that I place a mobile order for! At 1:00pm picking up through the drive thru…I had to replace 3 or 4 different items for some random “whatever they got available”items…to be fair I refused to accept a refund, but atleast mark it unavailable on the app.
