I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years now and there has been such a downfall. The food is great as well as the Coffee, but the workers Never seen to know how to get an order correct I’ve placed an online order multiple times and every time I go through the drive-through Something is wrong. The past two times I’ve gotten the five dollar meal both times requesting a different bread only to leave the drive-through and it be on a croissant which I am not allowed to eat due to being Gluten free I let it slide the first time, but the second time come on Not to mention, these are two different shifts Morning and one was at night Train your employees better!

I ordered online and they were out of the things I ordered so I asked for a croissant instead and that shi was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it. I also ordered a latte which was hella expensive and they literally forgot to put the syrup in there so it literally just tasted like bitter milk. I was pissed like the toasted white chocolate is literally in the name of the drink on the sticker of the cup they gave me but somehow they forgot the toasted white chocolate??? I tried to get a refund online and they never got back to me either.

Dunkin workers, if you don’t have cold brew please don’t mix espresso with iced coffee and think I’m not going to realize it. I specifically asked do you have cold brew and you said yes. Espresso with iced coffee is not the same thing. It’s gross in my opinion and not what I asked for. Just wasted $5 thanks.

I love this place and its employees…but Damn!! They never have anything in stock that I place a mobile order for! At 1:00pm picking up through the drive thru…I had to replace 3 or 4 different items for some random “whatever they got available”items…to be fair I refused to accept a refund, but atleast mark it unavailable on the app.

I love getting donuts especially the filled ones and the chocolate cake donuts and every time I come to this location the employees say that either they are out of donuts completely, only have 2 types of donuts, or they just made a batch and think they are out which doesn’t make sense when I come in the morning or around 2-3 pm when you guys close around 7-8pm.

Couldn't even stay here to order because the entire store reeked of intense sewage. The associates said it's been an issue for the entire year, and no one is willing or able to do anything about it. Gross. This place needs a visit by the Health Department and either force them to fix the issue or condemn the whole building.

STELLAR customer service at this location! I've thought so since the first time I went there about 2 months ago. MADE THE MISTAKE of stopping at the one on Southern Avenue and had a horrible experience! Really made me appreciate the hard working young people at the Gilbert location even more! Thanks for a great experience and delicious Iced Caramel Macchiato!
Very friendly here, ordered two large black coffees here she let me know the cups would be hot. She offered to double cup them, very cool! Other than that it was ran smooth!

Last year the cold brews were made right but this year, not one is ever made consistently! Now they ask if I want cream & sugar, which I refuse, but what they deliver looks more like a latte, all creamy...thats not a cold brew!! Why can't this location get their act together?? They now have 1 little case for the donuts & have a very limited selection. The boston creams have very little cream inside. Call yourself whatever else you want but don't call yourself a Dunkin Donuts!
