Coffee and hot teas are awesome... Donuts are average and never feels fresh... The place always seems messy in the eating area and some staff seem uninterested in smiles... Honest assessment... Loved it as a kid... I like it as an adult...

I placed a drive through mobile order for 3 donuts. After being begrudgingly greeted by a seemingly frustrated crew member, I was told my order was ready for me at the window. Another rude crew member at the window told me that not only did he not have 2 of the donuts I ordered (that were NOT marked as sold out on the app), but he would not give me a refund for the donuts either. I was told the only way for me to get my money back is through the app, however being a previous manager at a Dunkin, I know that was a lie. Overall very disappointed with my experience, especially for such a quiet store.

Usually I don’t go to Dunkin. This morning I wanted to give it a shot. Asked how the order taker was, he said “ok”. I felt bad, I hope his day gets better. Then I proceeded order 2 sugar free hot vanilla lattes for $12. Both were less than “ok” as well. 3/4 full when I ordered a large. Luke warm. No flavor, no sweetness. Drips all down the side of the beverage. Not good. There wasn’t even a long line. All I can say, is I hope this store or individual can figure out a way to deliver a better product, regardless of how you feel. Helping someone else have a nice excellent warm cup in the AM is an excellent way to help someone have a better day which should help turn your day around 😉

They are just plain incompetent……every (and I literally do mean every) time I go through the drive through to order something…..they screw it up.
Update as of 1/13/25.....let me add some context. Jan 10 @ 9:09am I went through the drive-thru and placed an order....not too complicated.
Large hot with cream and 1 (one) pump of vanilla Medium iced vanilla with cream $5 meal deal....medium hot, cream with two equal and wake up wraps with bacon. Total $17.95
I got one wake up wrap only. So, simple math. $5 for the meal....the two coffees cost me $12?
First....start giving out receipts, so people can ensure they are charged correctly. Everytime I roll in there, the price is different even when I consistently order the same thing.....its like a slot machine.
Second....it is not that complicated and if the people preparing the orders can't follow instructions, it is time to simplify/consolidate the menu.
I am 55 years old from Boston....the origination point of Dunkin Donuts....I remember a day when all you guys had was donuts and small/large coffee....called "The Big One". It's a shame to destroy the legacy of a what used to be a great new england company.

I grew up on Dumkins! Love it! This location has great service. Their coffees are priced great for the sizes when compared to the other name brand coffee spots. They also have plenty of non-pork & vegan options for drinks & food. Their turkey sausage, egg & cheese croissant is my favorite. Tons of protein & decent price. Tastes great too. And their Hashbrowns are seasoned!!!! Sometimes there is a line, but that's because it's down the street from a high school, but it goes fairly quick.
