Have tried to give this place a chance for our Saturday morning donuts for kids but just can’t go back. Staff is not very polite and not that I’m looking for super great donuts from Dunkin but they just throw them in a bag and when you take them off half the frosting is on the bag and you hand your kid a piece of dough. Bosa is much better

I’ve hesitated writing this review for a while. I’ve given them way too many second chances. If you go inside you feel like an inconvenience. Rude, short, no aim to please. If there’s a line around the building for the drive thru and you go inside and are the only one, expect to wait 15 minutes for your microwaved sandwich. You’re better off waiting in the drive thru line. Poor expressive at this location.

I just left and had the worst, most rude customer service I’ve ever had here. Pierced faces and tattooed rudeness from the three women who couldn’t seem to get it together. I won’t be returning with so many other coffee options near by.

Fast service. The egg cheese sausage 🥐 is so good. Iced latte was a little too sweet but still delicious. Lots of seats/tables. Friendly staff!

I tried to go to this location in the morning during regular business hours but the lobby was closed. No explanation, just a sign saying you could only order from the drive through. The drive trough lane was long and if they can't staff the lobby there's no way I'm getting in that line.

Coffee and hot teas are awesome... Donuts are average and never feels fresh... The place always seems messy in the eating area and some staff seem uninterested in smiles... Honest assessment... Loved it as a kid... I like it as an adult...

I placed a drive through mobile order for 3 donuts. After being begrudgingly greeted by a seemingly frustrated crew member, I was told my order was ready for me at the window. Another rude crew member at the window told me that not only did he not have 2 of the donuts I ordered (that were NOT marked as sold out on the app), but he would not give me a refund for the donuts either. I was told the only way for me to get my money back is through the app, however being a previous manager at a Dunkin, I know that was a lie. Overall very disappointed with my experience, especially for such a quiet store.

Usually I don’t go to Dunkin. This morning I wanted to give it a shot. Asked how the order taker was, he said “ok”. I felt bad, I hope his day gets better. Then I proceeded order 2 sugar free hot vanilla lattes for $12. Both were less than “ok” as well. 3/4 full when I ordered a large. Luke warm. No flavor, no sweetness. Drips all down the side of the beverage. Not good. There wasn’t even a long line. All I can say, is I hope this store or individual can figure out a way to deliver a better product, regardless of how you feel. Helping someone else have a nice excellent warm cup in the AM is an excellent way to help someone have a better day which should help turn your day around 😉
