This is our "home store" being that it's closest to home for us... The hubby and I stopped by this morning completely unaware of what we were in the mood for! Keiv was so helpful, kind and happy to help and answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. I enjoyed my first pumpkin drink and the honey loved his energy whatever it's called thing!

I waited in drive through this afternoon for 15 minutes, while Mia Gomez decided to hold up the entire drive thru line having a conversation with a Chevy Equinox… horrible service! There should be an age/maturity standard for these employees.

Our family has quickly fallen in love with Dutch Bros. The store on ValVista in Gilbert, AZ is exceptional. Over time I have watched them handle many interactions with various levels of traffic. They constantly have smiles, greet every customer as if they are cherished, work very hard to keep the line moving, and make every visit pleasant. An added compliment from our dog... "I love that they make me a pup cup with treats and always tell me how handsome I am." This store is truly a shining gem!
not sure what it is about this location but we stopped going to it because somehow the drinks are never right. they taste different every time and are never up to par. most employees are nice which is good. not sure how to remedy the problem lol but other locations are simply just better.

I love their staff so much. I was there last night and the guy taking my order was so sweet and was talking with me while I was waiting for my drink. He said he got promoted and I can understand why! I love their drinks and I’m so glad my friend introduced me to them
