Don’t come here if you have a mobile order. They prioritize the window and walks ups more than that. Waited 10 minutes for a mobile order that was done 15 minutes prior to coming. Waited and the people who walked up after me got their drinks before me. Rate - 0 stars

There is no point to order online. People order at the window large amounts of drinks and you will srill just wait. Maybe use the systwm to order if it's more then couple. Just a thought.
Order ahead still wait 30 minutes for the drink. What's go8ng on here at this location.

went to get my original drink on wednesday at 3pm a strawberry horchata with strawberry soft top the girl taking our order seemed in a rush when there was only 2 cars not busy at all she didn’t have good attitude and seems like she hates her job. Girl at the window was nice she didn’t talk much but she was good but girls in the background were talking about paychecks and cussing i don’t mind cussing i really don’t but the way she was doing it and than looked back at us to see if we were listening. when i got my drink i was sooo excited until i seen the strawberry soft top and it looked like a big ball of cottage cheese it was chunky and texture was overall horrible. I loved dutch and was so excited but this location will not see me and my service again! waste of $8 i had to go to work and wasn’t able to change it due to trying to get there on time. Check your drinks before pulling off.

Put in a mobile order for an Americano watched them sit there and make everyone’s complicated order from behind me in line. Waited 15 minutes for a shot of espresso and water 🙄
Dutch has better coffee. Period. I get a straight Keto Americano with stevia. Nothing fancy or sugary. The flavor is exactly what I'm looking for in coffee.
This location doesn't get all up in my business. 😆 They just seem genuine.
I'm here every week. Highly recommend.

Never ever experienced an attitude come from a staff member at any location until my visit last Saturday. I ordered with the girl that was walking taking orders. I ordered a MAGIC Dutch crunch rebel blended. When I get to the window I was handed a drink that looked nothing like the magic Dutch crunch rebel. When I told the girl that is was wrong she asked how and why. I said it’s supposed to have cream and marshmallows. She said rudely well I’m going to have to charge you for those if I add them. I said well I redeemed my free drink voucher. So she said okay continuing the attitude . Like it was my fault some one got my order wrong. They added the soft top to the top and marshmallows. Didn’t even to add the sweet cream to the rest of the drink to make it right. I have added a picture. Not sure why I was given attitude when I did not originally make a mistake. I already emailed the feedback customer service team btw!

I accidentally placed a pick up order to the wrong location and so I went online to chat and see what I could do. Chat told me to go to the location I wished to go to and talk to them and explain what happened and they would be more than happy to fulfill my order. I went to the location and the barista said she asked her manager and the manager said I would have to pay again and then get an email and request a refund. I don’t see why honestly because other coffee companies would have easily just re made me the drinks. Very disappointed in the customer service I experienced today at This location. Probably wont be back and I order pretty regularly.

Always a good product but they couldn't get my drinks right to save their lives and they were not complicated. Frustrating to pay for things you don't get after already having them correct one of your drinks. Service is so poor today. I wish I could get my money back but I was in a hurry and couldn't wait for another mistake of theirs to be corrected.
