Really confused as to why I was waiting in line for 15 mins before my order was taken when I was the only one in line. The girl was continuously taking the walk up orders who came way after I was ever in line. While I understand it’s busy and gets backed up, none of those mobile orders were even ready yet. I decide to walk up because the drive thru was busy and spent 20 mins waiting for a drink that took a few minutes to wait. Apparently you have to mobile order to get prioritized which is not right when a customer is already there in front of you.

I love this dutch bros, always so kind, gets the drinks done fast. i ordered a dub shot over ice with strawberry soft top and caramel drizzle. It was so delicious, and theres always great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!!

I feel bad that there's a person suffering outside in the heat and don't want to be one of those people asking about drinks giving them a hard time, so I order ahead in the app and by the time I get there it's barely gotten made or waiting for me in the fridge 😙. Don't pick up through the drive through if you order online, once you get in that lane you can't get back out, it's faster to get out of the car to pick it up bc the drinks from the cars in front are still being made.
If you don't know what's good but want an opinion ask reddit, that's what I do.

This is my go-to dutch even though it's not the closest location to me. This location is much better than the Alma School and Southern one for sure! The staff here always remembers me and my mom, (and our pup banana) and they are always so friendly. Our drinks are never made wrong, but on the off chance that it is, they are they are always apologetic and fix it while still giving wonderful customer service. Always happy to visit this location! (the trixie rebel is my favorite).
