I've been going to the Dutch Bros at Guadalupe and McQueen for the past few years and love their lattes. The staff is suuuper friendly, especially my buddies Dylan, Jenna and Sam. They always remember my name and are so nice! The drinks here are reasonably priced and made at lightning speed so you can get in and out quickly (well, if you go to the walk-up window and don't wait in the car line). The number of cars in the drive-through all day long shows how popular this place is.
