Horrible set up / system to help all customers. Waited 1 hour for 4 hot chocolates and a hot coffee. Focus was on drive through and once walk ups noticed they were very last priority they started to order online, only making walk ups wait even longer… c’mon .

This used to be my main location for my favorite picture perfect caramelizer freeze & double chocolate mocha freeze but they started forgetting steps and no longer taste or look like they had originally made them which is a bummer, luckily still able to get them made correctly at the Higley and Baseline location.

I just don’t understand the interest w this place , I thought the coffee was terrible , packed w kids , music so loud I couldn’t even hear

I don’t know if this location needs to hire more staffing or what, but sometimes I am standing at the window for 5-10 minutes before I am even acknowledged. It seems as though the workers don’t know how to efficiently run the store, because this never happens at any other location. 2 girls in front of me came for their pick up order and the worker had not even made them yet. I don’t blame the workers so much as they are actually very nice and most of the time apologize for the wait, but I think the owner or manager needs to hire more people to help them out if they want better service here.

The hubby liked his coffee. My iced tea was good but didn't have much tea in the cup because the cup was full of ice. I'll remember to ask for easy ice next time
