I cannot say enough good things about this location. I went through today and saw one of the usual girls there, I absolutely wish I had caught her name. It has been an absolute nightmare the last week or so, and she immediately just made me forget for just a few minutes. She is an absolute ray of sunshine in a dreary world, ❤

Horrible! Takes 30 mins to get to order. Then someone else pulls up and cuts four other cars. Maybe if people will pay attention and stop talking so much.

This location on Higley and Inverness in Mesa is the closest To my wife's work. However, I have to go over to Greenfield and Southern because the Higley and Inverness location people seem to be rathe slow witted & the coffee never tastes the way that it should 👎👎 I quit going there but this morning I forgot how bad the location stinks!

used to come here very often atleast 5 times a week this time wasn’t so pleasant i come as usual and order my regular drink vanilla latte with caramel drizzle and whip i order it the broista makes it she hands it to me and its wrong it’s a medium with no whip i tell her what i ordered nicely and proceeds to tell her colleague “he wants a large now” she now doesn’t look at me or talk to me and made it very insanely awkward probably the worst interaction ive ever had it here and ive known this spot before it even opened up as a dutch bros when it had coming soon very disappointing when your a local that’s a regular here guess ill be driving a mile up at greenfield.

I was skipped in line because employee kevin stated he had to zip zag when I arrived prior to the othe automobile. So I placed my order on my app then he said I would have to pull over and go to window when I placed my order for drive thru pick up.

Came in to get my birthday drink, and because I didn’t have my phone on me, only my ID, she only let me get a small sized drink. This has never been a thing, so I don’t know why she would try and normalize this. What in the world is going on with Dutch bros. Drinks never taste the same anymore and every other Dutch bros is a hit or miss. This location is definitely a big miss.

Came in to place my order in person got off my car and waited for my turn. Once they helped the gentleman before me. The 2 young lady's one red hair with braids. Rudely ignored me like I didn't even matter. She continues to laugh and go about her conversation with her fellow coworker. Didn't take long til another worker noticed me waiting and than asked me if I had an online order. She was polite short hair with glasses. My apologies that I don't know there names.

As someone who's from where Dutch Bro's originated in Grants Pass I have never been so disappointed. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. They were rude and because we took a little longer than normal, at their own fault, we weren't offered the same extra's as even the car ahead of us. They weren't friendly or genuine. I have always seen Dutch Bro's employees go above and beyond to make things right, but these ones made a point to make things difficult. This is the first negative experience I've had in all these years, and it wasn't just one employee. This location is a poor representation. Go to the other Dutch down the road; it's worth the few minute drive. They actually care that you have a good drink and experience there.

Use to be my daily stop after picking up my kids from school. Stopped by as usual today at 3pm 4 cars ahead of me was on left lane. Suddenly vehicle pulled up on right lane. Girl working off tablet disregard the fact I had been waiting longer to go assist vehicle on left lane. I notified girl I was there before she responded she is to alternate lanes. Will no longer go to this location.

I go to Dutch bros almost everyday ( all different locations ) and every time I come to this location, it’s always slow service and rude interactions ( nothing like any of the other locations) .

This bad rating isn't the fault of the location or the employees. My daughter and I would get the churro beverages and paint the Town of Gilbert red with our GS dog, Candy. We can no longer do this because some genius at corporate Marie Kondo'ed the menu and removed the drink. It was probably for the best because it must have been spiked with a schedule II. Tried everything else on their menu, and nothing comes close. I guess this is it, Goodbye.
