I hit up almost every Dutch bros in the valley and do find some are better then others. Scottsdale by Thomas u got some work to do Bros.. just saying. And bye the way make sure u tip your Uber drivers, imagen if people thought they didn't have to tip u guys,that be shitty right and we gotta put gas in our cars and let strangers in if u get good service tip your driver.u here buying a drink u can afford to tip your driver.😁😆 Just ranting...

This location needs to go back to training. I go every Wednesday and Thursday on my way into office. They make my drink wrong more than they make it right. They never prioritize online orders. By the time I get my drink it’s half melted or not even made yet when I order ahead of time. The people at the window seem like they can only handle one thing at a time. Today when I went to pick up which should have taken less than 2 minutes, someone’s sister decided to bring a puppy and their little sister. It’s 7:30, everyone else besides the Dutch Bros workers and their sister had to get to work, but everyone decided to stop working and talk to this sister, little girl, and this puppy that showed up. Let’s be a little bit more professional and considerate that everyone doesn’t have all morning to be watching you guys pet this puppy and then go to making drinks right after. Not a single person washed their hands.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. I went through today and saw one of the usual girls there, I absolutely wish I had caught her name. This location on Higley and Inverness in Mesa is the closest To my wife's work. However, I have to go over to Greenfield and Southern because the Higley and Inverness location people seem to be rathe slow witted & the coffee never tastes the way that it should 👎👎 I quit going there but this morning I forgot how bad the location stinks!

used to come here very often atleast 5 times a week this time wasn’t so pleasant i come as usual and order my regular drink vanilla latte with caramel drizzle and whip i order it the broista makes it she hands it to me and its wrong it’s a medium with no whip i tell her what i ordered nicely and proceeds to tell her colleague “he wants a large now” she now doesn’t look at me or talk to me and made it very insanely awkward probably the worst interaction ive ever had it here and ive known this spot before it even opened up as a dutch bros when it had coming soon very disappointing when your a local that’s a regular here guess ill be driving a mile up at greenfield.

I was skipped in line because employee kevin stated he had to zip zag when I arrived prior to the othe automobile. So I placed my order on my app then he said I would have to pull over and go to window when I placed my order for drive thru pick up.

Came in to get my birthday drink, and because I didn’t have my phone on me, only my ID, she only let me get a small sized drink. This has never been a thing, so I don’t know why she would try and normalize this. What in the world is going on with Dutch bros. Drinks never taste the same anymore and every other Dutch bros is a hit or miss. This location is definitely a big miss.
