BUYER AND DELIVERY DRIVER BEWARE. Waited an hour for food and the manager was super unprofessional and didn’t care that we were waiting long. Workers were no help. Delivery drivers were waiting for food which seemed like forever and kitchen staff were all just standing around. Never eating and never coming back. Terrible service! I don’t even leave reviews but wow.

Death of a great place to eatalio. We have enjoyed many meals here. The Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsala was always delicious. Until tonight. The Chicken Marsala was like carrboad and the sauce seemed watered down. The waitress offered to have the manager come speak to us. She never came to the table. When we spoke to her she did not have a solution nor did she offer even an apology for the bad mess of a "meal". We will be eating at a new restaurant.

We’d never been to Eatalio and we wanted pizza so we decided to try a new place around. We are happy we did, walking up it was very busy outside and we would’ve rather have sat outside on a beautiful night. The eatalio meat lovers pizza was excellent all the flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced. Meats were distinct and each were well represented, the sauce is the best sauce we’ve had on any local pizza. The crust was perfectly baked and flavorful. Eating inside was very typical for a pizza place. Busy and bustling with people watching basketball games . The wine selection was very nice. We consumed a bottle of UNO, an Argentinian Malbec, it was perfect with the meat pizza. We will return more regularly for sure.

Delicious Food, Stellar serviceOur experience at Eatalio was great. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Eatalio, thanks to a friend who is a regular there. We started with some of their homemade garlic bread, which was absolutely delightful. The fluffy bread came with a perfect butter garlicky flavor. Our server recommended, we tried their fried cheese ravioli with their signature marinara sauce. Wow! I was very pleased with the combination of textures and flavors.Our server provided excellent recommendations, and struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and allowing us to enjoy our conversation. Our meal was accompanied by delicious drinks from the bar. They have a wide variety of wines and cocktails to choose from. I also noticed, they have a nice coffee machine that I will try next time.Both the chicken marsala and the Margherita pizza were delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the pizza had a perfectly crisp crust. My niece ordered, the Penne Alla Vodka with sausage, oh it was so good!It really is a hidden gem in Gilbert, as other reviews mention. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Italian cuisine and a wonderful dining experience.
Way over priced! Pasta is obviously reheated and is overcooked/gummy. Sauces were good but when put on the bad pasta it was ruined.

We waited too long to get a reservation time so we had to wait for about 15 minutes to get seated because it was a busy Friday night. It was worth it! I had the lasagna. It was some of the best I've ever had. My only complaint was that I ran out of their amazing bolognese sauce before I ran out of lasagna. The portions were large. Bread isn't served with the meal so I ordered a side of garlic bread. 2 of our party liked it but it wasn't one of my favorites. They were more like garlic rolls instead of garlic bread. The others enjoyed their pasta and salad and we all LOVED the tiramisu! We will be back.
