This was an ok dining experience. If you want a casual Italian dinner instead of cooking at home this is the place. We walked right in. The staff was friendly. The food wasn't amazing but had a variety to choose from. The old fashioned was pretty authentic and close to one I would get in Wisconsin!

Our family stumbled upon this restaurant last night and so happy we did. Our server (Olivia) was amazing and the food was outstanding. Truly the best authentic Italian food I've had in Arizona. All of our dishes were perfect!

We had high hopes with their offerings. Service was slow like molasses and lack-lustered. On the website, our order was ready in 45-mins post placing our order. We ended up waiting another 30-mins on top of the quoted time. We had to flag down servers for assistance... Several times. No one had a clue regarding our order. Very frustrating! In addition, we received sub par and over priced food.

If the experience was based solely on the food, I would give it one star, but our server did his best to make up for what was a pretty lousy overall experience. The bruschetta appetizer was good, but things went downhill from there. We waited about 45 minutes for our entrees. My wife had the chicken piccata and the chicken was tough and dry. This is apparently one of their most popular dishes. I had the salmon carcciofi-- too much time on the grill. The grill marks gave it a burnt flavor and it was a little dry. The biggest disappointment was that you could tell that the pasta came from a box. Artichokes in my salmon tasted like they came from a can too. When charging $25-$30 for an entrée, seems that the pasta should either be handmade or at least be fresh. Our server's attempt to comp my wife's meal was overturned by his manager, who said that because part of the dish was eaten (and by the way, the pasta), that only a partial refund was going to be given. Give... Me... A... Break.

We were pleasantly surprised with our meals from Eatalio. We were craving Italian, and found this place on UberEats. The food took quite a while to arrive (1.5 Hours), however all of the food was still hot. We went for the Chicken Piccata and the Chicken Parmesan. The Chicken Piccata was very good and everyone enjoyed it. The sauce was really good but next time I would ask for light sauce since they were swimming in it. The Pasta on the side was just okay, I felt that it wasn't home-made and was of the box-variety. The Chicken tasted fresh but there were only two small strips. The Chicken Parmesan was also decent. My only issue was that the breading was soggy and fell off of the chicken almost immediately. The sauce was good, and it had the same Pasta as the other dish. I'd like to come back (in person) and see what else they have to offer, but the food wasn't bad.

We were excited to eat here, but the food was horrible! Both our our pasta dishes (chicken Marsala and fettuccini alfredo with shrimp) had no flavor and tasted like canned pasta sauce. Absolutely mediocre. It was $70 for two entrees with salads and we felt so gypped and disappointed. On the positive note, the salads and service were good. But don’t waste your money here.

Not happy with meal. Sauce on rice ball appetizer broken, lumpy . Penne pasta sauce too thin, pasta undercooked. Caesar salad has dill pickle undertaste. Too expensive!

New Business in Gilbert... and this place is a MUST-GO!We had a semi-strange experience with ordering to-go one night, and there were some issues with our order. The most important part is... they fixed it. From the owner to the restaurant manager, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family & I.Beyond that, the food is on a whole new level! Again, they're a new restaurant but give them a chance. There will always be bumps in the road. Regardless though, if you want Italian food in Gilbert, COME HERE.Like every Italian restaurant should, they treat you like family

Great food and wonderful service. Have been in the restaurant industry over 40 years and was very impressed with our server, Olive. Personable, knowledgeable and attentive. Had the eggplant sandwich with a nice Cesar salad and chips. The eggplant was crisp, the sauce yummy and it was served on grilled bread so it wasn't soggy. Great experience all around. Olive even went the extra mile to put our soda in to go cups. You have to try this place, you won't be disappointed

Eatalio is an excellent spot for a relaxing evening. I'm sure you can order the food "to go", but you would be missing out on the atmosphere and service. Do yourself a favor and dine-in, order a bottle of wine, and savor the meal. Service has been very good on each of my visits. The charcuterie, salmon, pasta, and salad were all excellent. Excellent experience!

Fantastic service ! One of those off work later than planned dinner pleasant surprises. Excellent service! Food was delicious. I had the chicken Parmigiano, very well executed. My bride had the special butternut squash ravioli with sage butter sauce. Outstanding. House Red was good. Manhattan and Old Fashioned were also very good. Stop by and help Small Business!

We ordered to-go chicken Marsala and parm with some garlic bread. The food was hot and smelled good however the taste was very prepared in flavor. The bread is a doctored bread like dinner roll - not anything close to a traditional Italian garlic bread/roll. The chicken looked very much like pre made with factory grill marks and was dry. The Marsala sauce tastes pre made and likely from a jar and if not, a very bad recipe. Sorry but won't be going back here. Many other Italian choices with much better food quality.

Stumbled upon this restaurant and what a pleasant surprise! Good portion sizes as compared to a few other restaurants in the area, one being North Italia. Italian food is known for hearty portions and Eatalia delivers. Good value for the price. All meals arrived steaming hot. Two large full chicken breaded for the parm. The gluten free pasta was very good and the salad dressing was homemade. Cioppino was excellent. Full bar menu. Definitely recommend.
