The food is good and I like it, but I don't understand why I still end up waiting ten minutes or more for my food when I order ahead. I've had this happen several times now. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I order ahead to try to minimize the amount of my lunch break spent waiting, but it doesn't seem to make any difference here. Today I purposely ordered before the noon hour and got there when there was one guy eating in the lobby and no one in the drive through. I walked in about 13 minutes after placing my order but it wasn't ready and I waited another ten minutes. And then the capper,I open my food and find this tiny nugget somehow counted as one of my chicken tenders. I like you guys but my willingness to spend money with you is diminishing.

Not happy at all I found a rock on my slushy it can be from the fresh fruit that means that they are not being careful when rinsing the fruit I know they are super busy but I felt disappointed it was my first time trying this place

I am from Tucson, and I was craving eegees and oh my god this place is sooooo dirty!! it's disgusting. the tables chairs the floor is full of residue. its horrible. my cup had a hair. the forks and spoons had lint. the only high chair was black and gross. I really hope they fix that problem. Thats not ok. so sad to see a good place be so filthy.

Arrived here without a single customer in the lobby. The guy upfront was new and didn't know how to use the computer. 5 employees are in the back messing around and rather than helping him, they are fixing one meal for an employee. I told this guy no less than 5 times which toppings to exclude. I finally get my order placed after about 3-4 minutes. I sit for another few minutes and nothing is happening. I look around the corner and all 6 employees are standing around talking and on their phones. I ask where my order is at and they say the fries are still cooking. But at that point I've been in the lobby for almost 10 minutes. Mind you, I am still the only customer that has entered that lobby in that time!! I didn't have time to wait and asked to just have my sandwich. So, I ordered a meal and had to leave without part of it. I get in my car to find out that my order is wrong. The items that I asked to be excluded were left on the sandwich. Not one employee listened because they were too busy talking and being on their phones! I had to take my sandwich back in the restaurant and don't even have enough time at this point to wait for a refund! So, I called another store the next day because none of their phones are working! I was told that a manager would call me. It has now been a week and I have to call them back because they are too lazy to actually take care of issues that they have going on. I am calling corporate tomorrow and if I don't have my refund immediately, I'm going to file a charge back. Which, I will happily do because it's going to cost your company up to $100. Is an $8 order worth losing even more money for. Clearly it is worth a bad review since your management has so much on their plate with their employees standing around that they don’t have time to return calls! After all, you are paying your employees to sit around on their phones and just talk and do nothing! Wow, horrible, business practices!

I went through the drive-thru this afternoon. I received quick friendly service and the woman at the checkout window made my day! I will be returning soon! Thanks Eegee's!

Each time we come here, we order ahead using the app. It tells us what time our order will be ready, which is usually 15 mins, yet we give them at least 30 mins. Our food is NEVER ready: why? Simple, and I’ll take a picture next time for proof. They have every single employee standing around twiddling their thumbs while 1 person is making 3 sandwiches in the back and another standing by the drive through window waiting for another car to come by. The place is filthy. The counter to order has stains all over as if people have been sitting there eating. The floors have never been washed and the dowels on the wall that separates the dining area from the ordering section are filthy. Food, napkins and trash on the floors in the dining area. This place NEEDS management on site at all times. While 3 employees are standing around waiting for the 1 person to make 3 sandwiches on their own, they can be cleaning, packing up orders, answering phones, or, here’s a crazy idea, MAKE THE FOOD! There’s absolutely no reason these wait times need to be so excessive for cold food.Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John’s instead. The sandwiches are made before you pay for your food. No wait.

I got the most simple thing, chicken tenders and fries, which I spat out because they literally taste rotten, one of my ranch cups was open so I think the ranch went rotten as well as the chicken. Cheap food but you will be spitting it out and regretting ur decisions:)

I was born in Tucson Sept 1979 around when and where Eegees was born. I have grown up with it and was super upset when my parents moved us to Mesa in the early 90's. I would take every opportunity to take a trip to Tucson to get my fix. Finally, one opened up down the street from me in Gilbert Arizona. The sandwiches are fresh and heavenly. All of them are good. I get mine toasted. They really load you up on pickles so if you aren't a fan, let them know. The pretzels and cheese are delish! The cheese and bacon fries are addicting. FINALLY - the Eegee itself is to die for thirst quenching fruity amazingness. Best go to is pina colada. Then strawberry. There seasonal monthly flavors are fantastic. Got addicted to Scary Berry. I am so happy to have Eegees back in my life.
