When my girlfriend and I stopped in, not a whole lot of other customers dining in so 'atmosphere' was good! I got a Lemon Eegee with nerds candy on top and it was AHHHMazing! Wish we had eegee's where we're from!

I do not know what’s going on with eegee’s- I’m originally from Tucson and this was a staple for us. If you ordered ahead, you could get any flavor from their warehouse. Things have really taken a turn for the worst. I’m not sure who the new owners are, but they are nickel and dimming every customer when it comes to not being able to upgrade your meal to a biggie. Offering chips as the default for combo, instead of their staple fries? I’m sorry, but that is not eegee’s. When I asked the person at the window with the new owner was they just shrugged their shoulders and they said I don’t know , acting like they don’t even care about the . I went to the second window to get my food, and the guy gave me my food, then shut the window quickly not even ensuring that I got what I ordered . Service here is poor . Since Eegee came to Gilbert my kids, and I were really excited that we had this place that we loved in Tucson so close to home . We would advocate to our family and friends who live here in Gilbert to use their food for family parties however, I haven’t heard a lot of good things about them. I used to advocate for eegee’s even trying to buy their party packs for my workplace, but I think with this nickel and diming I’m no longer gonna support this company. I think they should think long and hard about what makes them good as a company like being able to upgrade to additional sizes no matter what your base meal is - including the kids meal. My kids may want a smaller meal, but they still want a bigger eegee. I may try them one more time and in that case I will upgrade my stars whether I go down to 1 or go up. Eegee’s please reevaluate your business model. It’s not working for us, especially your long time loyal customers who moved to the valley and were excited that you open up locations here. Very disappointed!
Didn’t have any food but had the slushes, they all tasted sour,normally my kids will finish the drinks but this time they threw them away while we gassed up for the road. Maybe the food is better than the drink?

Been to this Eegee's a number of times. And it is abundantly clear at what brought them to the dance. The ranch Fry's and the drinks. The rest of the food they carry is "alright" it's never gonna blow you away, but it's good enough. At this particular location the staff seems to neglect the walk up counter very often. I will be standing there awhile, no one even looks down there to see if there are any customers. But other than that, they are often quite friendly.
The bread is totally what makes these sandwiches good! Definitely try one of the grinders, so good! Their fries are amazing too.

Tonight is the second time I got a MOUTHFUL of coconut in my pina colada eegee. I called to complain, after being told the first time that the Mgr would make sure it didn't happen again. She said that it was because the workers were lazy and didn't stir the eegee and all of the coconut is at the bottom. Tonight when I called, the Mgr acted disinterested. She said I can come back and get a new one or get my $$ back. I was several miles away with groceries in the car. I finally just hung up. I can see why the workers are lazy, since the mgr doesn't care.

Waited close to 10 minutes for a sandwich and fries. The fries were room temperature and stale. The sandwich which was requested without pickle had extra pickle and so much mayonnaise it was basically a mayonnaise and pickle sandwich, all at a cost of about $19. Definitely not worth going back to.

Enjoy 😍 scary berry zombie 😁 My Reuben sandwich was excellently cooked! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. And that's coming from a Reuben connoisseur. Lol also freshly made turkey and cheese kids meal the french fries were great and he And I enjoyed a pina colada and a scary berry so refreshing! Thanks to the team for doing a great job! Everyone there is friendly and eager to help.
