Food is always hot and fresh salsa fresca was on point. I ordered the 3 piece leg and thigh with charro beans the cashier talked me into a churro and I'm glad she did it was very good!

I was used to Pollo Loco locations in California, where they have a salsa bar you can choose from. Seems like it works differently over here. Also, the tortillas brake so easily because the way they heat them up is incorrect, they steam them when the best method is putting the tortillas on a hot grill for a couple of seconds. The chicken was dried... they overcooked it! Their orchata agua fresca, well tasted not fresh and clearly was feom those packages, not home made. I am not sure I want to go back.
