I've had good memories of going to this restaurant previously when I was living in California. Unfortunately, the areas in Torrance and Cerritos, California were closed, so I was really excited to go to this location. To my disappointment, I get to this place to find that it's closed. It was 1pm on a Friday and the door was locked and the chairs were on top of the table. This ruined my day as I haven't eaten all day and have driven 6.5 hours to this place and I may never go to another Elbows again in my life seeing how this restaurant chain is dying. This is the most depressing thing since Souplantation closed. I'm distraught.

The food is above others in the area for Mac and cheese. Everything I have tried has been good. The service is excellent with the staff knowledgeable and great with suggestions. It can get a little loud in there but most the time it quiet. One of the best things they did was final get Wi-Fi as it was needed badly there.

I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich on sourdough with fries that were both good. My wife and daughter had the regular Mac n’ Cheese which had way too much white pepper in it. I’ve never heard of white pepper even going into macaroni and cheese to begin with. Definitely left little to be desired and we won’t be going back,

I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich on sourdough bread with fries that were both good. My wife and daughter had the regular Mac n' Cheese and they both said it was hot spice wise and didn't care for it. I smelled it and tasted it and it definitely had way too much white pepper in it. I don't even think I've ever heard of white pepper being in macaroni and cheese anyway. We won't be returning.

Without question, one of the most dirty, unsanitary, disgusting, disappointing establishments I have ever entered. I don’t even know where to start.. There is a stench and haze in the air like a grease fire slowly smoldering in the back. The tables are littered with food and the food took 30 mins to receive! The dirty table in the back of the restaurant with Uno cards, the sleeping employee and the employees Dutch Bros energy drinks (pictured) was the kicker for me! Here we are waiting a half hour for our food and employees are literally sleeping on the job! (Notice the feet up on the bench.) Once I got my food and got home to eat it.. it was just bad. The macaroni was flavorless, tasteless, and boring. The potato stick was soggy, not in the least crispy. The chicken was overdone, dry and rubbery. Save your money and buy a pan of mac and cheese at Costco and throw in your own toppings. This place is in one word.. DISGUSTING.

I read the most reviews but wanted to try and give it a chance. Did not smell smoky like others shared. We ordered a varied items and they were willing to add jalapeños to the combo, which is not in the menu. Ordered at 1151a and received our food at 1217p, they are not fast! Only 1 other table of customers and only 2 people working. A 3rd employee came in wearing short shorts and a AC/DC T-shirt, kind of odd when others had uniforms on. Our food was okay. Chicken was tough and kind of chewy, the Mac and cheeses were okay, looked great but was not flavorful. Garlic bread was a waste of money, but the chipstix was good! The menu is big with lots of options, however the experience was underwhelming.

We are here on opening week and it was great we loved it came back many times. Here we are a couple years later it's smoky in here the front door hasn't been cleaned in a long time it's covered with greasy hand prints. It's dirty everywhere else too. Walk in to an EMPTY restaurant and they told that they are 25 min behind. Say ok we can wait proceed to order and then the young kid grabs a lid (after handling the cash register) and shove his dirty hand inside my drink cup. The beer taps are broken so don't count on that

Yicks this placed used to be a line out the door. Now you walk in to a smoke filled room that smells like they burnt 5 meals with 2 people inside. The potato display looks like it is the same one out opening day. Then we look in the kitchen and realize we don't think code enforcement exists in Arizona anymore. Kid touches the register and then out drink and slides his hand down into our drink. We start looking around and everything is broken and just filthy. We wont be returning. Our money looks to be lining someone's pocket instead of making the best out of their restaurant. To each their own but damn sad to see a once good place so run down in a matter of year or two. No music anymore either. Employees just sitting around chit chatting.

It takes quite a long time to get the food as it's baked as you order it. I wouldn't recommend the basic Mac n cheese, my son ordered that and it wasn't good at all. I ordered the more cheese 4 me and it was pretty good, a little to much pepper for me, but good. I got the regular size, and you could definitely share it between 2 people.

Don't mistake the atmosphere, the employees were absolutely great, the food was amazingly good, eas clean and tidy...issue is it is 109⁰ here today and they have zero ac working in their lobby area. We tried to dine in for my sons birthday. And it was just to hot. The young woman working the front had such a positive attitude ? she deserves some raise or something cause no way would i want to work in those conditions.Vegetarian options: They do have a vegan menu

My boys tried the pizza mac 'n cheese and loved it! I had the spinach artichoke sandwich on sourdough which was also quite tasty! It was a bit pricey but the portions were decent. My only complaint is that when we walked in it was very smoky like they had burnt food, and that smell lingered on our clothes when we left. We'll definitely go again

Great food and service! Felt bad for the girl working by herself because her coworker was sleeping. She was taking orders, making the food, serving food, and clearing tables by herself! She kept her cool and managed everything alone while it was very busy. Great service from this young lady!

This place confuses me in so many ways, like I think they have an identity crisis. First, the menu is way too complicated with far too many options. I assume they are known for their Mac and cheese but you wouldn't know from the menu. They have mac and cheese, grilled cheese, pizza, chicken and chicken sandwiches and beer? Or maybe they didnt have beer? Not sure. The price was sort of stupid, $70 for 4 meals with drinks and a potato thing. Food came out in halves, so two of four meals came out about 5 minutes before the others which was annoying. The 2 mac and cheeses were good but dry on top. The 2 grilled cheeses were piping hot and pretty good with thin crispy fries.Someone who I assume to be the owner was there and he was constantly wiping down tables, trash cans, chairs, etc. I feel very good that this place is clean because he clearly cared a lot about the facilities cleanliness. There where a couple tvs not working which made it feel a little run down but overall the place was clean. I'm not in a hurry to return but if you are big cheese fan I would say it's worth giving this place a try.

Service was great! I got the tikka masala Mac and was surprised how much I enjoyed it! Little bit on the spicy side.
