My brother and I were hungry for breakfast after an 8 AM doctors appointment. Usually, we go to Cracker Barrel, one of our faves. Today however, we decided we would try Farmer Boys, located only a couple of blocks farther south. My first impression was good. The store was very clean. However, I’m not a fan of ordering my meal at a counter, like it is a fast food restaurant. I much prefer being able to sit down and peruse the menu, then telling my order to a waiter. I know that prices everywhere are high. But, I would place Farmer Boys in this high priced group. Example: $3.50 for a small cup of coffee. I really like that they serve breakfast on a real ceramic plate and you get metal silverware. For some reason, the coffee mugs were very small. I was surprised by the hearty portions of food we received. Half the plate was covered with hash browns. The breakfast sausages were large and tasty. My eggs, unfortunately, were not perfect. They were slightly overcooked and burnt around the edges. My overall opinion is that this place serves a decent breakfast but I do prefer the hominess and waiter service at Cracker Barrel.

Weren't busy, took 15 minutes to get the food, it was cold. Went and got my money back, and left.

First time here , was really impressed by the fast casual breakfast food. I had breakfast and the service from Elbia was top tier. I had such a refreshing conversation how on how service should feel like family. That's exactly how we felt. I really like the coffee comes in a real cup too. I left delighted and stuffed. This might be my new go to for pancakes 🥞 for sure!

Not what I was expecting. Burgers were very greasy, staff wasn't very friendly. Just your average burger.

I’m genuinely impressed. This place may be labeled “fast food,” but nothing about the experience tastes or feels like it. Every order is cooked fresh, and you can tell immediately — the flavors are clean, the textures are spot‑on, and the ingredients actually taste real. No limp lettuce, no mystery sauces, no reheated anything.

You can taste the quality in every bite. The produce is crisp, the proteins are seasoned well and cooked to order, and even the sides feel thoughtfully made instead of mass‑produced. It’s the kind of meal that leaves you satisfied instead of sluggish.

You will have to wait, but the food has that made‑from‑scratch energy you usually only get at sit‑down spots. If you want something convenient without sacrificing freshness or ingredient quality, this place is absolutely worth the stop.

Chopped Cobb salad is very fresh and enjoyable. Great product for the price. Service is very fast and friendly. Price is comparable to other fast foods in area. This salad is my favorite. Very fresh, filling and healthy.

Food was good. Big burgers. Stopped in here for the first time with the wife for a quick dinner. I had the farmer burger combo (wish they told me it came with onions as I didn't see it as an ingredient on the menu description. I hate raw onions personally lol). After scrapping off the onions, the burger was great. Fries were nice and crispy. Wife had the BLT combo and she said it was good. Wait times for the food wasn't too bad. No different than a Culver's, Whataburger, or a similar competitor. We will be back. My only complaint is it's a little bit pricey in my opinion. My combo alone was almost 20 bucks. I get it everything is going up and they have to pass the cost onto the consumer. Not their fault. But just something to be aware of, if you have a big family. Staff was nice and friendly. Restaurant was nice and clean. Restrooms were clean and maintained as well. If you haven't been, check em out. Lots of cool stuff on the menu. Will have to try a breakfast there sometime.
