I love filibertos. Always went to.the one on williams field and Val vista. We moved and went to the one at Warner and greenfield. I ordered a taco plate got it home and couldn't eat it. It was soggy with reddish sauce which I assume is grease and just looked awful. I won't be going back to this one again.

Worst drive thru for fast food. After waiting for 15 minutes with a 2 cars infront of us, we just drove off. It’s so bad that all cars were in Park waiting for their food. They’ve consistently been so slow and always took longer to get our food. But not today Satan, not today. Never again. I guess Taco Bell today kids.

I wanted to do Filiberto’s reviews primarily to indicate which ones have open lobbies 24 hrs. a day and which ones are still 24 hrs. a day in the drive thru only.This location HAS A CLOSED LOBBY EVERY DAY FROM 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM.I’m not sure why some of the locations started doing this, but I don’t like it!!LOCATED on the SW corner of GREENFIELD and WARNER.

Massively shrunk portions and changed ingredients. Not paying that so much for the equivalent of a dollar menu item at Taco Bell.

Went to grab some chicken tacos before my son's football started. We were the only customers inside the restaurant because it was only 11:45am .So I figured we would get our food pretty fast. We didn't.I ordered two chicken tacos with sour cream and a kids meal with chicken nuggets fries drink and churros. After a few minutes I was told they don't have nuggets so we got the bean burrito instead.One man came in after us, placed his order after us, got his food a few minutes later, then left. About 5 minutes after he got his order I got mine.The chicken was burnt and dry in the chicken tacos. There was a strong overwhelming chili taste I didnt know it cost $2.20 for 2oz. of sour cream....yikes. I'll skip that addition next time.This location was a disappointment to what Im used to from Filiberto's honestly. The cashier was helpful I wouldn't call her friendly or upbeat, just really good at her job.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available

Nothing changed, on line 2 chiilrennos state they come with avo and SC, pictures is the same as the combo. 2nd time I got them plain. Requested my money back showed the picture. They didn't want to give my money back, told me I know you work for Door dash and I'm going to call them. I had to call DD dash and tell them I saw this as trying to get me fired.I called filbertos customer service, they mad it clear they saw the video, like I care I was telling the truth. Accused me of Accidently ordered the wrong thing,even though I was charged the same price as the one in the picture, Natalie hung up on me when I mentioned Better business bureau. Theres no plan one on the menu, Ive going to filbertos for 20 years and got plain ones anyware but this store.Unfortunately for the owner I have to make this public cause they wouldn't let me speak to him.Dont go to this one or the one on Queen Creek same owners.

Terrible food. Terrible service. They serve small portions. If you have eaten at a Filiberto’s in Mesa,Phoenix you can tell the difference. Filibertos is my go to food when I decide not to cook or when I’m on the go. They definitely lost a customer.

This has to be one of the worst locations I have visited, just two weeks ago I ordered through the drive-through for a basic burrito with three ingredients. I got home only to realize it was incorrect. I tried to contact customer service, one responded. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. Later this evening I figured people mess up, why not give it another try . I re-ordered the same order and the same problem happened once again. if you want to go here and be disappointed, do it! Highly recommend saving your time and money and go take your business else where.
