Took out of the country guests to Firebirds and they LOVED the food, the ambiance, and the overall whole experience. They definitely want to go back!

We love this restaurant. The menu is varied and the food is excellent. Our server was fantastic. It was our 44th anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate.

For the last 8 years, we have been eating at Firebirds since we moved to AZ from NJ. They food is always excellent, and staff is always attentive. Many menu and drink choices.

I have been eating at Firebird's from the time they opened, and I have never had a bad experience. The food and service have always been excellent, and I have never been rushed through my meal.

Foods good staff is great. Wait time was a little long even though i had a reservation. Have beem there many times and their food is well prepared.

I always enjoy Firebirds (food, atmosphere, service) However, my recent visit for a friends birthday was disappointing. While the manager Talked with us and apologized for the wait, it was still disappointing. The situation; When we arrived, the host & hostess where having fun and making sure they all had their sodas. We checked in for our reservation Using Open Table I made 5 days prior to the evening. After 15 minutes we checked in, and were told soon. After 30 minutes, to my surprise, they said our party was seated when all four of us were visibly in front of them. In the next 5 minutes we were taken to our table. Arriving at the table a card wishing a happy birthday was on the table. (Nice, so they new it was a special event) Drinks took 20 minutes to be delivered, and it was an hour later from sitting down when our meals were delivered. As I said, I was disappointed in the host/hostess and the time it took for our planned night out. This has been my first exception to all my prior reservations experienced with Open Table.

Had to send back steak. Wasn't cooked right. Food took a long time to come the first time. All the food needed salt. Shouldn't have to season and send back a $50 dollar steak.

Traveled to the area for work and tried this place out for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner. We sat at the bar and the staff was great! Our glasses were never empty and our food came out fast and was very good!

The food is absolutely 💯% delicious! We had the salmon, mixed vegetables, parmesan mashed potatoes... all perfectly done... we can't wait to go back! The staff was wonderful... from the hostess (Ella!), our server & the manager who brought us our dessert... it was a perfect dinner!

Filet is the go to steak. Small steak was approx 3" tall and bacon wrapped crispy as should be. 12 oz prime ribeye was perfectly cooked and seasoned. At first serving filet was under cooked. Waitress apologized took it back and manager was at our table the next second wanting to do what it took to make it right. New silverware was provided and steak arrived back at the table in short order. Staff, cooks and ambience was perfect for our anniversary. Thank you for making our experience a pleasant one.

We had dinner here for the first time and had Jorge as our server who was great. He was attentive but not overbearing and offered good suggestions on drinks and menu options. Food was delicious and not over priced. The menu has lots of variety so everyone should be able to find something to enjoy. We will definitely be back.
