Where to start. 2 teenagers who don’t really care about details or ingredients are making pizzas. Took 2 tries to make a 3 topping pizza. I had to stand up and ACTIVELY direct them NOT to put things on the pizza that weren’t on my order. I know as a business owner the bottom line is important so it might make sense to hire cheap dumb privileged labor. But not when I paid for 1 pizza and 2 others were discarded because of incompetence.

Christmas shopping with my 7yr old daughter today and decided to try this place out. Excellent service & pizza! The young man that was helping us went above and beyond, happily explaining & showing how the pizzas are made to my daughter. (So sorry I didn't catch his name) All of the employees were very nice as well. 12/20 3:00pm

I love this place, I think it's just got a bad group that has horrible service. Today, 12/4 I walk in and am served by a young woman and her hair is not tied back, it was disgusting, I was so worried hair would get into my food. Then another guy who rang me out also wasn't wearing a hat and didn't have anything to put his hair back. Then when I asked for them to add the basil, that they forgot, he slid the box back to me on the counter and immediately turned away to go talk to his coworker. No "have a good day" or even acknowledgement. I still recommend this place but it seems to have a few bad apples who need to follow the rules and learn some customer service skills.

First off I have written the manager of this location and sent to Fired Pie corporate and not one response for over 4 weeks now. Staff sucked at this place, restaurant was filthy. The kid behind counter texting in back and acting like a dumb ass along with the gal in back room we’re just screwing around and evidently serving this to customer is acceptable. Especially to management and I sent these photos with my letter!! Don’t waste your money! There are way better options than this place! I would never recommend Fired Pie to anyone!!

UPDATE (9/14/24): I came into this location and had a situation where one of the customers cursed at me because I ordered five pizzas and didn't let him go in front of me. ALL of the employees at this location handled the situation very professionally, and Jackson the supervisor was very professional. He apologized on behalf of the other customer (the "Karen"), and showed sympathy. He handled it very well, showing compassion, as well as the entire staff. I wanted to give a review of this location because not many people give positive feedback. I did tell the employees that they shouldn't have to apologize on behalf of the behavior of the "Karen" because it wasn't their fault. Anyways, kudos to the employees!
Amazing service, I come almost every week and am treated with a smile ! The workers are great and love expressing their gratitude for their customers. I would recommend this pizza place 10/10!

The service was pathetic. I arrived around 8 PM and was told they were only offering takeout because they were closing soon, even though the posted closing time is 9 PM. The counter person was rude when I pointed this out. To make matters worse, the AC was broken. I decided to take out my order, only to find when I got home that the toppings were all wrong. I wasted 40 bucks!

Clean store and clean bathroom. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pizza made exactly as I ordered. They have vegan cheese for the people who cant have regular. And vegan. Meat as well. Definitely recommend this place. 10 out of 10

This place wasn't like it was before, pizza was burnt, the salad was oily ..I wasn't able to finish the food ,the table was dirty , overall experience bad very bad I will not go there ever again
