I had ordered the "French dip" sandwich, large to go. Drove home and took the sandwich out and 😬😬 couldn't believe how little meat was on this LARGE. I've had this sandwich before at other Firehouse sub locations (and it was great), but the 2 girls working there last night made the sandwich with so little meat it was a JOKE !! If i was there eating it i would've asked for my money back, I don't do remakes unless i can see it being done, my wife was gonna call and return for them to make another, but I wasn't gonna eat it and it's to long of a drive for her just to get a sandwich. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN !!

Hello I went to fire house at this location for lunch
When I got the order after couple bites I saw my hands are dark and green I turned the bread and saw that bread was molded and fungus
Asked the store manager she was not even explain that and ended with simple sorry that made me more upset
Called the the general fire house sub number they gave me the owner number and said they will call us
Store owner called us once left v. m. We called back many times they even did not bother to call us and explain why they serve the customers with moldy bread! Aren’t they caring about customer safety?
I was so shocked this kind of service in USA that us a shame
I have the picture I’d there sub which shows how carelessly this store serves customers.
If you care about your health never go to this firehouse location never.

Nice theme, good food. 2 medium meals was just under 40$. One meal was a daily special.

It's been 3 years since I've eaten here and still the service is bad. The owner is a very nice guy and it seemed like he had 3 new employees who were extremely confused. Waited 30 min for my sandwiches which were made incorrect, so had to wait longer for new ones. Sorry firehouse, I just can't.

I usually check my food before i leave, but i felt confident since it was correct on my receipt.. but I ordered white and they gave me wheat.. asked for and it was noted to get an extra pikle wedge.. but that was not included. Thankfully they did get the rest of the order right. but now im sad about the bread and pickle. :[ my fault for not checking the sandwiches before i left.

This is the second time in the last month my kids and I have visited. I was hoping the last time wasn’t an every day experience, unfortunately it was the same. Just do not feel like coming back. Customer service needs some focus.

Outstanding people working here! The food is delicious, as expected, and I wanted to share how excellent their service is. Unbeknownst to the team or the manager this was a tough day for our family. We made a mistake on our order but rather than charge us they made a new sandwich for free. I offered to pay but the manager insisted. A heartwarming gesture that means much to us.

Haven't been here in a while but their subs are pretty legit. At the San tan location I couldn't find a clean table in the whole place.

Go to a different Firehouse if you can. This one has consistently been awful. Even when I order online, I still have to wait. In the end, I ended up with a cold sandwich because their equipment is shot.

I used to really enjoy coming to Firehouse subs but this is the last time. I have run out of patience. They have definitely gone downhill in their customer service. Too bad because I used to consider them above the rest. No more.

Me and another customer stood in line at the register for nearly 10 mins before anyone came to take our orders. Everyone looked busy making sandwiches except 1 worker. Dawn just stood over by the bread rack looking out into the lobby like she didn't see us waiting there in line. Keegan took a pause from making sandwiches and apologized for the wait.

Took entirely too long to make ONE sub. Took 20 minutes for ONE sub. MEDIUM. My whole lunch is gone. No line. Couple got their food before me. Multiple online orders as well.
