Just did an order and the girl who attended us didn’t pay attention to our order, gave us the wrong order. Had attitude and all and just didn’t pay attention.

Food was excellent but I am not a fan of the prices. $32 for a large and medium sub with 1 drink and 1 water cup is outrageous. I almost had a heart attack. Although I loved the good, The pricing just might keep me from coming back again or this place just might be a place to only venture to once every couple of years.

I’ve been a loyal Firehouse Subs customer for many years. That ends today. The workers are extremely rude (Taylor) and couldn’t even be bothered to take my order or fix the broken soda machine. The food, which cost $35 for 2 combos was subpar at best. Very disappointed.

Foods decent. The help is always disinterested, which tells me so is ownership. Food quality dips at all we probably will stop coming and we eat out almost every night.

hook & ladder sub🤌🏻

The cashier mistakenly charged us for two GF subs instead of one. I was blown away by how quickly they fixed the error and went out of their way to make it right. The food is usually really good. My favorite GF sub shop.

I love, love, love Firehouse subs and their mission. This location was new to me, but as good as other sites I have visited.

They tried to charge me $15.39 or something, I complained, associate was clearly new(ish) and said he had no way to honor their posted price. (He may not have the intelligence to change the price, but it is possible. Maybe he could have called a manager to help?)

Anyway I walked out. Incompetence isn't appetizing.

After seeing another customers moldy bread post I'm actually very happy I didn't eat at FHS today, and will avoid in the future.

Way too much sauce. Wet nasty subs. Everytime. At every location

I had ordered the "French dip" sandwich, large to go. Drove home and took the sandwich out and 😬😬 couldn't believe how little meat was on this LARGE. I've had this sandwich before at other Firehouse sub locations (and it was great), but the 2 girls working there last night made the sandwich with so little meat it was a JOKE !! If i was there eating it i would've asked for my money back, I don't do remakes unless i can see it being done, my wife was gonna call and return for them to make another, but I wasn't gonna eat it and it's to long of a drive for her just to get a sandwich. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN !!
