was in there the other day and happened to see who i’m assuming was the owner. i believe his name was randy. he was yelling and disrespecting his employees. she was polite and kind and i could hear him being condescending and talking down to the poor girl. any establishment that treats their employees as such will no longer receive my business and i hope that girl looks for employment elsewhere. randy, do better.

Manager was rude and very unhelpful while polite-fully smiling. Very frustrating. I’ve been going here for years always entering my phone number and earning points. I had accumulated over 42,000 points. Every time I would try and use them their system was down or the app wasn’t working properly so I just kept saving them. Just now on my last visit I was determined to try and use them again so I checked my app and to my surprise over 32,000 points quietly expired off my account. Even though I just ate here 2 weeks ago. When I asked what I can do to fix them or reinstate them she said nothing. So I asked who I could email to ask to fix the issue and she said no one. So I left. So completely unhelpful. How is the loyalty system that terrible. It rewards you for being a loyal customer by deleting your points completely off your account? I’m so done with this place. I won’t be be back here again. You lost a 10+ year customer.

Only had a 50$ bill with me as I forgot my wallet, got turned away as they can only accept 20$ or lower. Pretty crazy can’t invest in a bill checking market if your that concerned about fake bills. Manager on duty looked like he needed a shower too. Place was way too empty to be turning away anyone on a Friday.
No pickles or miss Vickey jalapeño chips
I’ve been visiting this location for 7 years. The past 2 years the accuracy in orders has gotten steadily worse. To the point I quit going to Firehouse at this location. Using the app or ordering in person at the register makes no difference. I can only attribute this to high staff turnover and/or extreme lack of attention to detail. On the positive the food is tasty & fresh when the order is correct. You just need to triple check your order before eating it or leaving for take away.

Jon was awesome! Great customer service and easy on the eyes too, LOL.
Took our 2 young granddaughter to this location today, 4-12-25. The girl taking our order was the only good thing about this place. She was very patient with us as the girls took a while to make up their minds on what they wanted and how they wanted them. The other worker that was there seemed like he didn't want to be there; not friendly at all. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 of which were incorrect, between a cold sandwich being made hot and wrong toppings on the other 2 sandwiches. The only one made correctly was the one with literally nothing but meat and cheese on it.
If I could put a 0 I would. The three people working Thursday night, 3/27, are absolutely clueless. They should not be running this establishment. Orders are wrong and wrong. Wait times are insane. It’s gross. The “it’s gonna be awhile😮💨” when I come in with a dash order is crazy. To the manager here, you need better employees.

This location has started 2025 off on the wrong foot! Manager was sooooo unprofessional and rude! Was raising his voice to the employees. When I pointed out my bag was soaked from something, he removed the items and threw my bag in the floor! He was also slamming other customer orders around as he continued to reprimand his employees for not being attentive to customers. Super disappointed in the Firehouse team at this location! We love Firehouse Subs, but will not be back anytime soon if this is the example the “leader” sets. Unfortunate!!!
