My order some how changed on the website and was sent to the wrong location. The gentleman here went ahead and took care of my order so I didn't have to drive all the way to the other location. Much appreciated.

Ordered to-go. This is my usual go-to location, but it has been months since I stopped for 5guys. Unfortunately, this evening I had a very negative experience and won’t be returning. 1) my burger was not cooked properly/all the way, it was still VERY pink, 2) my fries were overcooked with excessive salt and tasted horrible, & 3) they told me their gift card system was not working so I wasn’t able to use my gift card :( Very unfortunate experience and a waste of 15 precious dollars.

The only time I've had a negative experience at a Five Guys was a weekend visit to this location when the crew was young and not really paying attention

so now I only go to this location during weekdays

Went in to order 4 patties with cheese and was told I had to pay for the whole cheese burger and that’s the only way they could ring it up and was over $18.. so I went to In & Out and got 4 patties with cheese for $10.83. Five guys do better!!!!

Hadn’t had five guys in 2 years, figured today I’d give it a try, well I can gladly say I did good by not going for that long. Fries were hard and over salted, burger was decent except buns were cold and soggy, my order number is below, please address this issue.

Always good burgers, but the milkshakes are very expensive and not that good.

Took a while to get food. Nobody was there. My friend ordered fries with no salt, but the time we got the rest of food, my fries were cold.

Bacon cheese burger and fries are the best

First time eating here. Really good, fresh tasting food. My food came piping hot, fries cooked as asked, no salt, please, thanks! My only 2 beefs (did ya see what I did there) the price, I had a single w/cheese, sm fry, small drink $21. I also dont like my super hot fries dumped on top of my burger in a brown sack that i now have to fish my hand through hot oily fries to retrieve my reward. That hot, juicy burger. (Spoiler, it was worth it) I don't eat out often as I'm a senior. Maybe this is normal. I'd give it another go though. I only knocked off 1 star for atmosphere because it was so cold in the store, I could have hung meat in the dining room.
