The workers were kind, fast, and efficient; however, I was told if you’re picking up an Uber eats order, you’re not allowed to order your own side of fries separately, new company policy. It’s really annoying because they literally don’t drop the customers fries until you get there, We have to wait for them to cook anyway so why not allow us to order our own while we wait? That’s a very weird policy and will cause a lot of cancellations for customers orders! Just a heads up.

Wow, the service was amazing! I'm chasing down my 3 year old son while my husband is ordering & all of the employees asked if I was doing okay & if I needed anything. Food is of course amazing! Last minute I had asked if I could switch the flavor for the milkshake & they graciously offered to make another one. I'm not sure if this is New Years luck or if the employee, Nick is just a great human being but PLEASE Five Guy corporation, please reward him with anything you can to make his 2024 as great he kicked started mine.

Was my first time to a Five Guys. I was in sticker shock when we got the bill and thanked my lucky stars I wasn't paying. The fries were piled very high and tasted great. The burger was quite large as well (I had the bacon burger), they say well done and juicy. I'm afraid mine was medium - which I actually prefer - and juicy? Well, I think that greasy and juicy here are synonymous which is OK if you like that sort of thing, I don't like a burger that has a bun so sopping wet by the time you're halfway through that it's falling apart, just my preference. I enjoyed the music they pipe in even though much of it I didn't appreciate when it first came out.Was it worth twice the price of a Carl Jr's? I'm not sure it was. Would I go back? If you're buying.Wheelchair accessibility: They had a few tables that were lower and had wheel chair access strictly for them.
This is the best Five Guys when it comes to French fries. The cajun seasoning is real! You can see the bits and pieces of other seasonings I've been so terribly disappointed by other sister locations like the one off Chandler Blvd by the mall, and another across from Hamilton High School. Both of those locations use a fine powdered cajun seasoning that's absolutely disgusting and cheap tasting. So glad to have discovered this location.

DON'T TRUST 5 GUYS! THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF! After a year of not ordering from five guys, I thought, man their burgers are delicious, i'll give them another try. Unbelievably the exact same BS happened as it did a year ago. I placed an order through their app. That all went well, but they assigned my delivery to Uber eats. After several drivers canceled, I assume because the order wasn't ready a gentleman named John in a black wagoneer picked up my order. After 90 min of waiting, John stole my dinner. That's not the unbelievable part. When I called to get my order refunded, I was told there was nothing 5 guys could do for me because they had contracted with Uber eats for my order. My problem, although I ordered and paid 5guys, they say is with Uber eats. I need to contact Uber eats. I have no business with or contact numbers for Uber eats. MY BUSINESS IS WITH 5GUYS. 5 guys stole $50 from me. Uber eats stole my dinner from 5 guys. Don't trust 5guys, they rip you off.
