Well where to start.... took half an hour to get a Philly cheese steak and fries for 20.00 including tip. Fries were cold and had to be sent back, sandwich was ok. Table was dirty and service was slow. Too expensive for what your getting.

It pains me to write this, because we have loved Flancer's for over 15 years. But the service is just so far gone, it's no longer worth it to try and get our favorite sandwiches.We consistently have issues just getting food now. We tried one last time to order food and when it's time to pickup, they gave our order away to someone else.Even if you try to dine in, there is a high probability you won't have a good experience. The last time we dined-in, we ordered an appetizer and it came out 20 minutes after our meal, which defeats the purpose of an appetizer.

No greeting or any acknowledgment by man at counter. Yelled at me when I didn’t answer him because I thought he was speaking to cooking staff. I do have to say he was absolutely gracious to the guy after me…which was awful white of him.

Delicious! I had the prickly pair chicken sandwich with a side of green chile Mac n' cheese. The baguette was soft and the light spread on the bread was dynamite! Chicken was moist and thinly shaved. An all around great sandwich! The side of green chile Mac n cheese was good too. Not dry and had some spice with chunks of peppers within. Tasty! I can't wait to go back because I have been trying to find a good Philly cheese steak and one of my friend's said her husband's entire family orders the Philly each time they frequent the restaurant. If you're looking for good salads and sandwiches, look no further!

We've been coming here for several years and have had relatively good experiences each time. Tonight would be the exception. The fries were greesy and soggy. Our server refilled my husband's tea but slammed it down on the table as he rushed by causing it to spill. My drink was never refilled in spite of me putting it at the end of the table in plain view as he walked past several times. He never came back to see how our meal was or if we needed anything. Our server was very attentive to other people, just not us. It will be a LONG time before or if we return. Such a shame.
