Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We have been here many times and normally LOVE it. However tonight 12/22 was absolutely awful. The lady taking the orders needs to be replaced. She was moving so slow we waited 35 MINUTES in drive thru to get our food. Our food had already been made and sat so long that when she handed it to us it was cold and our Sunday was melted. We spent 36$ on this food. Put her somewhere else less fast paced. Oh and when we got home we found out our order was incorrect and in order to get a refund in for any of it we were told that we would have to come back in after already driving home and spending so much time there. Lol go somewhere else if you want fast food I’m over it. Not worth the money or time.

12/17/25 this location is not the best. I ordered a california style and its was not satisfying. Not sure if its just that burger but definitely not worth wasting your money if you want to spend $15 on a meal

It's the darndess thing, you go in and there's this counter, and at this counter there is people waiting there to help you and take your order. Then here is the gosh darndess thing ever, and it must be from all the people in the back, or It's majic; not really sure, but all of a sudden the food is delivered to the other side of the counter. It's just amazing, bu that's not all, if you turn around you'll see that there are tables, yes I said tables. They let you sit at them to eat your tasty meal that just popped out on the other side of the counter. Really, you should stop in and see for yourself.

I've been to 2 Freddy's in 2 states in the last 2 weeks. Burgers were as good as Smashburgers, and the skinny fries were fabulous. Fry sauce available clinched the deal.

Placed a mobile order, and there's no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger.

Amazing burgers what else can I say?

Turtle sundae and a half and half cake cone was to die for. Wish I could give 10 stars

Fresh and hot

Way too expensive to not give you what you ordered and then not answer your phone to rectify it. Went through the drive thru and noticed they shorted me a fry so I had to run inside. Then I make it home and both the burgers I ordered were wrong. Tried calling multiple times to get a refund and they don't answer. Just don't ever use their drive thru because this is not the first time this has happened.

Does Freddy's have some great burgers? Absolutely. Will they actually get your order right and give you the one you ordered? Probably not. Never been to a fast food place that messed up orders more than this location of Freddy's. Absolutely hopeless service at this location.

I discovered Freddy's has a fried flounder sandwhich absolutely delicious.

First time I was there. I was pleasantly surprised, great.

My kids love going, especially on family night (the first Tuesday of every month). On family night, you get a free child entree with the purchase of an adult entree and they also have free face painting. The burgers are higher quality fast food and you can earn points with the app towards free food
