The food is pretty good. The tator tots are almost always different portions. Sometimes huge portions and often very small. It's really weird. I'm sure there is a standard to follow, but I never see consistency.

Wow, it makes a difference when you make your burgers with steak instead of hamburger. My wife and I went here for the first time the other day. The cashier was extremely helpful explaining the options and making suggestions. You could tell that she actually liked the place, and it showed in the quality of their food. Would definitely visit again.

Small mishapin the drive-through and I was shorted one burger, I called and spoke to Charles. He offered to remake it. I said no thank you I just wanted to make you aware so it doesn’t happen to anyone else he asked for my address to send me some coupons 20 minutes later Charles showed up at my house with coupons, a handwritten letter burgers and a shake to make it right . This is customer service. This is how you keep clients coming back mistakes happen but what you do to fix the mistake is what can build your reputation well done thank you Charles. I will be back.

How stingy you are with your cheese curds. That's all I gotta say. You pay premium prices for a side, you should get what you paid for. Not an almost empty container

The girl at drive thru handed a bag to my grandparents and they said we are missing our fries and drinks and we need napkins it was a combo meal. The girl proceeds to tell them You need to order a combo next time. My grandparents did order a combo at drive thru I was going to place a second order but then I said no sorry. The girl then hands them the fry bag and drinks and still forgot the napkins. My grandparents said What about our napkins. The girl then grabs napkins and headed back 3 napkins.

Please someone go back and retrain her maybe she was having a bad day but yea not coming back.
