Absolutely amazing experience at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers! 🙌🍟 One of the employees took the time to tell me about the app since I’m a frequent flyer at this location, and they were incredibly sweet and helpful. That extra effort really stood out and made my visit even better 💙
I ordered a large cheese curd and a regular chocolate shake, and both were so delicious 😋🧀🥤 The cheese curds were hot, crispy, and perfect, and the shake was rich, creamy, and exactly what I was craving. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, and the whole team truly went above and beyond. This is why I keep coming back. Keep up the awesome work!

My family ordered a dirt and worms and got just a chocolate shake? And by the way it was completely melted. A caramel shake and was given a plain vanilla shake, nothing caramel to it. We also got a turtle and was given a vanilla bowl with chocolate fudge? I don’t know how our whole order was so wrong, first time visit was a big disappointment.

First time here. Burgers were amazing. Great service. But unfortunately my tots were only half filled and my fries were very cold. Disappointed because it was not even busy. So that clearly means the kitchen workers are incompetent. How do you not know when fries are cold and how do you serve tots half way filled? I was a fast food manager, you literally have to be very unaware to think serving food like that is okay. Burgers were amazing tho. Absolutely amazing burgers. Lame cold soggy fries and half way filled tater tots. Freddys has high prices, that should be reflected in the quality of food. The burgers reflected that, but the lack of quality for the sides makes me rethink about visiting again.

Very clean, always incredible service and friendly staff. We enjoy the classic burgers and always always get the custard. The fry’s are delicious and good portions.

Top-Notch Food and Outstanding Service!

Freddy’s Steakburgers never disappoints! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Their steakburgers are some of the best around — juicy with those crispy edges, just the way they should be. The fries are perfectly seasoned and their frozen custard is the perfect way to end any meal.

What really made my visit stand out was the incredible service from Edwin. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and Freddy’s is lucky to have him on the team!

Clean restaurant, fast service, great food, and employees like Edwin? Can’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

Food is always great and fast service whether drive thru or dine in. Always clean bathrooms are a plus as well!
