Love the concept! We were all excited to try variations of the enchiladas. Great selection to customize each of ours to our liking. The staff was super friendly. I can't wait to come back and try something different. All of their meat selections that our group of 6 enjoyed were extremely flavorful.

Outstanding food. I’ve been there a few times. Love the concept. Bison is amazing as is the chicken. Cornbread dish one of my favorites. And the guacamole is so good!

Love this place! As a vegetarian, my options are limited, but I still enjoy eating here. The veg options are clearly labeled. The mashed potatoes are the best, and are good in an enchilada, not just as a side. All the staff are good, but Luis is fantastic. He's attentive, friendly, and knows my regular order. He also makes the potatoes better than anyone else.

Tried for the first time and was not impressed. Very overpriced for what you get. I ordered a spinach & mushroom enchilada and it only had 1 mushroom in it. The spinach & mushroom salad we ordered had zero mushrooms. The outside of this restaurant is nice looking, but that's about the only good thing about it.

First time trying this concept. Friendly staff, good food, good prices. If you like enchiladas you'll like this place. Had the Corn Tortillas and the homemade chips. Next time I'll try the nachos

I’m not sure if we caught our server on an off day, but our meal was awful. There was so much liquid surrounding our enchiladas that everything was a soggy mess & we did not finish our meals. We assume the server maybe just didn’t drain out the excess liquid before adding to the bowl. We had high hopes based on the reviews but we just didn’t even have the chance to taste everything the way it was intended

The food was good and experience was great. It was like a Mods Pizza with the oven, but with Mexican themed food. I had the enchiladas with beef and pork, liked it, but the beef was better.

The habanero salsa was great, good spice.

We went into Gadzooks about 30 mins prior to closing. I wish I remembered the two workers names. It was this past Wednesday. Both the workers, male and female were so nice. Everything was clean. They were professional and engaging.
Gadzooks is my favorite place and I had not been in a while so it was nice to be greeted by smiling faces and engaging conversation for both my husband and I.

I'll get photos next time.

Nice place to eat. Very friendly service. Atmosphere is a bit nicer than Chipotle and has a similar serving style. Tortilla soup was tasty and the sangria was orangey and very refreshing. I would recommend eating here.

I ordered the 2-layer nachos. The issue i have is that they actually count the number of chips you get, which is about 4 or 5 per layer!! They are so stingy with toppings too; being careful not to give away too much! Really sad!
The server was basically clueless or not paying attention. They asked multiple times what we wanted for toppings only to forget 10 seconds later and ask again. Happened 3 times!

For fast food it was surprisingly good , it’s kind of like Chipotle but way better quality and your food is places in an oven after your selections

This place has some the best enchiladas. They are created fresh in front of you and then get cooked by an open flame. The flavors are incredible. Hands down they have the best red sauce and I highly recommend the short rib. Richard is always super kind and helpful here. He always smiles and has a great attitude. Great food is always a good thing, but when you have great people, like Richard, it keeps you coming back.
