Very clean location, food was great. My suggestion is to look at menu beforehand, as servers will not walk you through the process.
Despite the clean atmosphere, Gadzooks is very reminiscent of Chipotle, just a little less welcoming.

I felt like it was a bait and switch. Special until sept 30 .went at 6pm and ran out , no back up. I've told so many people about the place having their specials Tuesday and Wednesday and now they think I'm nuts. Although the tacos are great and I will pay full price but not when they advertised sent a text email out saying that the special is till September 30th come in and get two tacos and a drink for $4 and offered no substitute not even the free drink with the full...

I tried their tacos as a departure from burritos I usually get from a competitor restaurant that starts with ch. If you want tacos you can handle with your hands, forget it. They put soft shells into a bowl and by the time the Saucy meat all the other toppings are added everything becomes a soaked and buried mess and you'll never be able to pick it up and eat it by hand except for maybe the first bite before the bottom completely drops out.
