Not only is this the best coffee in Gilbert, but this is the best coffee in the world!! The owner, Alexandra, was very sweet and personable. You can tell she put in a lot of dedication and love into her coffee shop. Ordered four drinks and a pastry and they were all VERY delicious. Thank you Galapagos Coffee for bringing authenticity and amazing coffee to the town of Gilbert.

I’m really tired of hyped up coffee, we were excited to try this place but deeply disappointed. The coffee only came in one very small size, it didn’t taste like good strong coffee as ppl reviewed, it was a creamy coffee and different, but that’s it. For a very small 12oz. Oatmilk mocha it was over $8, and couldn’t taste the mocha much nor coffee much. The owner was pleasant but we were only ppl in there and she was reading and eating, and didn’t notice us come in for few minutes, and did same to the other couple that came in after.

My husband found this little coffee shop and it is the absolute best! Alexandria runs the shop and she has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She really makes you feel like you're at home.I highly recommend the Tres Leches cake if you are looking for a sweet snack! The Americanos are the perfect amount of bitterness and very tasty!
I love this little coffee shop! I had a raspberry matcha and a tres leches cake, and everything was delicious. The owner is so kind and even let me try a little bit of her Ecuadorian hot chocolate. I love supporting Mom and pops and will definitely be back.
