I’ve tried several places this place ranks #1 I love their granola and honey. They make it like you want it. Fresh ingredients big portions.

Absolutely delicious and the wait was a short one. Their bowls are so good and I'm excited to try more!

No other açaí place has measured up to my experience here! It was seriously THE BEST açaí bowl i have ever had 🫶 so so so yummy 😋 if you ever think about trying genuine fresche, do it!!

Whenever I bring friends, they tend to get their order wrong. But it has good food and it's healthy and I enjoy taking my daughter.

So I stopped in 3:02 having heard that summer hours are till 7 and was told that they're closed and I asked about the hours and she said "not today".... I just broke a 5 day fever sick with the flu. I haven't been able to eat anything or keep anything down but after going to long without food my craving for something lite and fresh that I could most likely keep down was through the roof. So to drive from the 101 and southern down to here only to be turned away with no explanation or sense of customer service really hurts. I felt so defeated and hungry and dizzy from driving here I seriously had to take a couple minutes in my car to as a grown ass man to just cry out of frustration. 1: i would have gotten here before 3:00 if I had known I had to 2: I was two minutes after 3 and the employee was completely uncompromising and callous. I understand it likely wasn't personal but as you can see everyone has something personal going on and good customer service should take that into account. I'd really appreciate if someone could reach out to me. This has been my only Açaí place for years and years and I believe loyalty like that should mean something. Again if the Genuine Fresh team could reach out and right this so that I can continue coming here and so that you guys keep loyal customer.would be great.

Staff is incredibly friendly and the food matches the name. So many healthy options and the protein coffee is a must!

I love Acai Bowls and my favorite past time is checking out new Acai bowl places! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the person in the front. She was sweet and I let her know it was my first time there. She kindly explained the menu and answered questions I had. She was really sweet. Wait time probably 5 minutes. She also wrote a sweet note on the lid of my acai bowl! The customer service is great. Now for the acai bowl, it was good. I would say that the only thing I didn’t really like about it was that the granola was way too sweet it overpowered my acai bowl and the acai became watery quickly. Not the best acai bowl I’ve had. After a workout I love having their fresh açaí bowls!!! Their workers are very nice and are always asking how my day is. Very calm and chill atmosphere:)

The first time I got a bowl from this place I loved it. It was 3 weeks ago on a Saturday and I think the lady who helped me was one of the owners. The 2nd time was about a week ago, during the week. I walked in , it was empty and it was two younger girls working. My bowl had a piece of hair in it and a small knat ( yikes) and no mango in my tropical bowl. Then my mom went in yesterday to get us each a bowl, again 2 young ladies working. Both bowls were very soupy like. Very disappointed, I had high hopes for this place and it's close .

Went to Genuine Fresche for an açaí bowl, and although it wasn't pure açaí it was not bad either, the staff was friendly, and efficient.free and easy to park right outside

Nothing special. You're better off getting açaí in Brazil.
