Love this place and love taking family from out of town here. The food is delicious and it's such a huge portion. The service has always been impeccable even on holidays.

I came here to pick up an order for a customer, and when I get there I get told "they're working on orders in the back". They didn't even ask for a name. After about 5-10 minutes, they ask me who I'm picking up for and I tell them the name, and they once again said "they're working on orders in the back". It wasn't until 20 minutes later that they told me someone else already picked it up. Why wasn't I informed of this when I first got there and checked in??? I had multiple employees tell me it's coming up but literally no one went and actually checked on it until I was already waiting for 20 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager about it because the lack of communication and management of this situation was hanled very poorly, and then the manager starts talking to me like I'm the problem when I've literally waited a long time and was rightfully frustrated at them for wasting my time. Then she accused me of yelling at her when she was the one being aggressive with me first, just for telling her that this experience was terrible and could've been handled within the first few minutes of me coming in. Very poor communication and management! Do better!

Was very very disappointed in my banana creme pie , where's the bananas 🍌! I had to dig into the creamy pudding and the pastry chef has been very stingy in putting in the bananas just tiny pieces ,do I have to buy my own bananas and stuff them in the pudding myself , Lower the prices if your going to hold back , not ordering anymore pie until they make those changes 🤔.

My kids love this place but tonight I was disappointed. I have 3 kids 6,4 and 2. It was Saturday night and not super busy but not slow. They sat us at a very small table we asked if we could move to one of the other 3+ tables and they said “no those are being used”… so we sat in this claustrophobic booth with high walls. They then 10 minutes later seated 2 people at one of the larger tables. Was not happy.

We come here at least 2 x a month or more. The staff is great and very timely. The ice tea was very fresh. Burgers and entrees are deliscious. There's always something for everyone. The pies and cornbread are great as well!

Went here for a special occasion. Staff was great. They had 3 people call out so service was slow, but they tried their best. They were great where that was concerned. Food was cold
I got the steak Medium rare.. it came out almost well done. Fries were cold and mooshy. Some of us were disappointed, Others had great meals. So it really depends on what you get. Chicken fried steak meal is the best thing in the menu hands down. Best in town too.
